Beautiful home with amazing views, comfortable bedrooms and living space. We felt like we had our own private location because the property is very private and peaceful. Great place to spend time with family for our reunion. I could also visualize people having a beautiful wedding in the backyard. Staff was very friendly, easy to contact and available. If we come back to Port Angeles, I would definitely stay here again, and I would also recommend others to stay here also. Thanks for a great memory!
The property was at a great location with nice views and walking distance/short drive to get coffee and the bakery which was fabulous. We had a family of deer that visited us everyday relaxing in the front and back yard! We didn’t cook as we were attending a wedding celebration located a short drive from our rental. We were told that the dish washer was broken the day we arrived and waiting for a spare part. Fortunately this was not a problem, not having to cook. All the bedrooms were nice, with 2 having a great view of the bay. The one downside was there was only 2 bathrooms in the house, one upstairs and one downstairs. This was not a big issue for us, as there was just four adults (2 couples). I actually wish we would have had more time to relax and enjoy the house, but our wedding activity kept us busy! I never made it to the downstairs basement where there was some games/activities we could have enjoyed.
We had 8 adults and there was plenty of room to spread out and have meals inside and out. The views from every room in the house were amazing. We would highly recommend this property.
The house was absolutely beautiful and well maintained. The kitchen was stocked with any equipment a chef could want. A family of deer graced the grassy areas! Great communication with the property manager. The only downside for our group was that seven of us (three couples and a single) found having only two restrooms a little tight -- especially in mornings when we all wanted to be out of the house early for seeing the sights! The bathrooms were well maintained, though, and we never ran out of hot water! I look forward to staying here again.
We enjoyed our visit so much. Even though the home is old it did not feel that way but yet kept the character and sense that you were in another century. We had children that went to bed at 8:00 and we didn't have to tiptoe around for fear of waking them so the walls are not thin like you would think an old house would be. We will defiantly go back and stay with our family again.
Wonderful - good for entertaining guests, quiet location.
We were a big group of 6 adults and 2 kids, who fitted nicely into the spacious & beautiful home. The location of the property is amazing with unencumbered views of the bay, and we could see big beautiful cruise ships sailing with their bright lights on, in the nights, from our bedrooms. The wide open space both in front and back of the house was a great attraction for the kids who spent most of the time there running around. We even got to see deers (mama and baby) come to the lawns regularly, which we could capture through our lenses. We went for walks into the town, which was a stones throw from the house, even the beach front restaurants. The house was immaculately kept at the time of our check-in, and the host(s) were extremely nice and welcoming. Overall an amazing experience!
The home is situated on a beautify lot overlooking the bay. We enjoyed watching the ships passing by and the spectacular sunsets and Hunter moon rising in the evenings.
Great location!
This home is a glorious place to base all your Olympic National Park adventures out of. The pictures show you everything, well situated overlooking the straits of Juan de Fuca. Hurricane Ridge visitor center is just up the road. Whale watching is available in Port Angeles. The house itself is large, clean, comfortable and quiet. The reservation process and property managers are easy to deal with and our family loved our time there.
Excellent and a beautiful place to stay. Very clean and roomy, loved the place. Loved waking up every morning with the beautiful view of the ocean. Loved the landscape and backyard. Highly recommended— Excellent

Thank you so much for our incredible week in your beautiful home. The views were amazing from all bedrooms & even had some amazing sunsets. Our first time to the area & we had a great time. We hiked around Crescent lake , went to Forks & La Push for the Twilight tour, hiked through the Hoh rainforest, went to the Tree of Life, did a day trip to Victoria BC, went on a whale watch tour & saw 3 whales, enjoyed many great restaurants & a fun night making s’mores at the fire pit in the backyard! Truly a spectacular property and area made for a memorable spring break. The Lowry family & friends!
