VACA-23-42 Romantic villa that is your ideal home away from home with a private saltwater pool on the waterfront. Sit out on the dock and you will see manatees and other wildlife. It is centrally located to popular restaurants and exciting attractions for all ages and a short boat ride to the gulf or the ocean, you can also drive your boat right to restaurants located within boot key harbor, 50' of dock space for your use, mooring whips provided (please know how to use them), bicycles and kayaks awaiting you, 450 lb. commercial ice machine, fish freezer, outdoor cooking area with a gas grill and fryer (fryer oils are to be disposed of properly, no oils down the drain), and a tiki hut for entertaining, full landscape and pool lighting for a romantic evening, laundry room, fishing poles available, sunroom/game room on the water, there is a safe on premises, cozy bedrooms open up to pool patio. Imagine sitting out on the pool deck margarita in hand enjoying the warm tropical breeze, hop on your boat and head out to catch your dinner at all the endless lobstering and fishing spots. Endless scuba diving sites to discover leaving right from your own private dock. Contact for great dive shop recommendation. Very private yard with no rear neighbors. Camera facing main entrance and street only. If you’d like to book please send a friendly hello and a small intro. Daily pool heating fee is at $40 per day charged weekly. (Nov-Feb) weather permitting. Multiple weeks booked will be charged weekly cleaning fee, which will be provided. All garbage is to be placed in cans at street and placed at the curb, final day of stay all garbage must be disposed and placed in garbage bags. (Guest must place trash cans to curb on garbage days)Refundable damage deposit will be due at booking and refunded no more than 14days after departure. Daily pet fee will be charged. My wife and I were looking for a place to stay in Marathon just to get away from work and have a quiet week together. This place checked all the boxes for us – very clean, well maintained, exceptionally well outfitted from the kitchen all the way down to outside toys – bikes, fishing rods, etc. The pool and tiki bar area were fantastic, and we spent a good deal of our time lounging outside and enjoying them. This place did not disappoint and we will be returning in the very near future.

We had a wonderful stay. The home is beautiful and has a great layout for one family or more than one family. You can stay at home and enjoy the pool and outdoor space or the location is near many activities and restaurants. The Ubinas family has literally thought of everything, and communication with Larry and John has been great. We highly recommend staying at this beautiful home!

The house was perfect for our family vacation. The location was close to everything. Our kids never left the pool. Fishing right off the dock! Manatees, fish, Morey eels and nurse sharks visible from the dock. We took the kayaks out into the mangroves. 10/10! Will definitely be staying again.

Fantastic Place! I can't say enough great things about our stay. Communication was on point from booking all the way til check out. The house has all the amentities you can ask for. Everything from the cleanliness of the property to high quality linens it was nothing less than perfection. The layout of the house is very open and roomy and in the kitchen you can't ask for more. Nice to stay at a house with a lot of starter items for the kitchen, laundry, and baths. Lots of towels, blankets, games, trash cans, and even cleaning products! The pool was clean, warm, and a great size. Kayaks were great quality and easy to get in and out of the water. The tiki bar was a great spot to make a drink or get a little shade. We can't wait to come back!!

The pictures look unbelievable but they don't do this home justice. It is a stunner. We've stayed in Key Largo, Islamorada and Marathon multiple times but this home was the best of them all by a long shot. Larry is kind, a great communicator and very helpful. We will be back to this home over and over!!

Larry and Eileen’s property Harbor Hideway was absolutely perfect. They have every amenity you could ask for right down to the bottle of champagne in the refrigerator when you arrive. The property is immaculate and very comfortable. Of all the properties we have stayed in over the years theirs is truly one of the best. They were wonderful hosts and provided plenty of recommendations for places to eat. We also like to cook a lot and the kitchen had everything you could want including a rice cooker and pressure cooker. The one issue we had while staying at the property ( and it wasn’t really an issue for us). Is the pool heater had problems because of a pipe leak but Larry took care of it the same day and we didn’t miss a minute in the pool. I can’t wait to book our stay again next year!

I have stayed in many rental houses throughout The Keys and this house was without a doubt the best VRBO we have ever stayed in! The house was absolutely beautiful, better than the pictures! The host had the house fully stocked with anything we needed from pots/pans to spare toothbrushes. If you have a boat this is the perfect location! The host was so helpful and checked in while we were there to see if there was anything we needed. I HIGHLY recommend this house and we will definitely be staying here next time we visit Marathon!

We had an amazing time. Very relaxing and private with everything you need. Only an hour from Key West if you want to experience that. If not, Marathon has great restaurants throughout. Our family of 5, with two kids under 7, were thrilled to spend a week in Larry and Eileen’s beautiful home. The house is clean and very well-stocked with everything you’d need. The pool was so fun, and provided hours of entertainment. We saw lots of fish and even a manatee stopped by… right there in the canal off the dock! The location is top notch, and within walking distance to restaurants and the grocery store. The owners were awesome with check-ins. We can’t wait to be back. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

This is our 3rd year staying in the Keys for Thanksgiving. We have absolutely loved everything this home had to offer. Top notch details, down to the beautiful art work. Our kids took full advantage of the pool, everyday. We were able to rent a boat for the week and keep at the dock. Ten out of ten recommended this property. This house exceeded our expectations! Everything we needed was there from the kitchen to the tiki hut with a commercial ice machine. The pool and canal made for a great time hanging out at the house. It’s close for restaurants, boat rentals, grocery stores and anything you need.
