Upper floor: two suites, one with balcony.
All suites with split air conditioning, ceiling fan and 32 Led TV, with one double and two single beds, and closets.
Living room with 40 Led TV, sofas and ceiling fan.
Dining room with table for eight, bench and ceiling fan.
Service area with tank, external shower and private barbecue.
All kitchen utensils: 5 burner stove, 470 l fridge, microwave, water cooler, cutlery, plates, pans, glasses, cups, etc.
Two open parking spaces, in front of the house, diagonal, at no additional cost.
Condominium for rental by season, with two adult and children's pools, with barbecue, sauna and pool bar (bar depending on time of year), managed by Tonziro Residentials, with service staff consisting of manager, maintenance staff, staff cleaning and 24 hour watchman.
Daily cleaning and bed linen provided for a maximum of ten guests, with change every three nights of use.
Maximum of ten guests allowed as standard. Eventually, two additional guests may be allowed, completing the number of beds, however WITHOUT providing bed and bath linen for the two additional guests or, optionally, providing additional bed and bath for a fee to the condominium company .
