Great location, amazing staff, learned a lot about the area. Subway is 2 blocks away and we used it multiple time daily!
Strange place. Greeted by “artist” who wanted to share his work as we came in from a long flight. Requests for housekeeping resulted in new towels. That’s it. No making of beds, emptying trash, or tidying of any kind. Very loud street noise. Very dated furnishings and bathroom that looked tired and functioned accordingly. No ability to store luggage unless the guy at the front liked us, or he would choose his price-maybe $50/bag for a few hours, according to front desk. Food was left on display cases for five days. Strange spaces-empty area that appeared to be for dining. We chose the place because it had two beds which is hard to find, and location as we needed to be in LES. Prices were high everywhere as it was college graduation weekend. Bed was comfortable. Close to Katz’s Deli. No reason to return.
