Stayed Sep 17, 2024Comfortable home. Dog loved the fenced in back yard. Easy to work with owner. Finding some things was a bit of a scavenger hunt, but that is part of the fun in living in someone else’s house.

Stayed Jul 8, 2024We had a lovely stay. There was plenty of space for our family, and the house was kept nice and clean. The decor was so fun - our kids started calling it the chicken house. Page was easy to get in touch with and made check-in/check-out a breeze. Would stay again!

Stayed Oct 2, 2023A wonderfully quaint and clean early 20th century home that is located in a quiet neighborhood, within easy walking distance of downtown Landrum and a great nearby park. Good online communication with the owner who was also very affirming of us bringing our two small dogs (who enjoyed the spacious fenced backyard!). We enjoyed using the property as home base for daily trips to nearby hiking trails and apple picking. We would heartily recommend this rental property!

Stayed Mar 25, 2023This home is actually larger than the pictures would indicate. We loved sitting and sipping on the front porch..lots of sweet family time. The grill is amazing. We grilled twice?❗And it was so nice to have the washer/dryer. Our son and daughter in love's chow, Louie, loved roaming around the yard. TV reception was great too. Great location in an established neighborhood but close to downtown. And Ingalls is only five minutes away. We had a great time at Overmountain Vineyards. Mostly dry and delicious wines. All around great stay.

Stayed May 24, 2022We came to stay for three weeks during a horse show. It was very comfortable for an extended stay. The dogs loved the yard, and there is a park nearby with a lovely nature trail. The neighborhood felt safe to walk around. The owner was very accommodating throughout our stay.
