This home is your answer to cramped hotel living. This is a residential neighborhood that is a quiet and safe community. The home has a one car attached garage with a long driveway that can accommodate two other cars off street. There is a washer and dryer unit with this home. Our kitchen has upgraded refrigerator, dishwasher and stove. It also is fully furnished with things like a microwave, toaster oven, blender, crockpot as well as dishes, pots and pans, glasses and silverware. We have a pantry for storage and a dining room that can seat 6. The study has a desk, chair, light and printer along with a sofa and high speed internet. The living room has vaulted ceilings, full couch and loveseat set, xbox and tv. The tv package has ROKU, Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon already set up for you and also has local channels. There are three bedrooms in this house. The master bedroom also has an en suite bathroom. There are TV's in each of the bedrooms and all have the tv package. Each bedroom has queen size beds with new linens. We also provide extra linens should you need them, as well as towels. The second bathroom has a tub. The backyard is fantastic for pets and also for grilling out. The yard is large and is fenced in. We have keyless entry. All together this home is a very good answer to corporate/business/short term rentals, as it has safety, quiet, private, pet friendly and fully furnished. We look forward to having you!
