Campo Del Mar boasts a contemporary open design with a multitude of comfortable gathering spaces for your group. Light and views flow from the kitchen to the dining and living rooms.
Adding to your contentment, the master suite has a King bed and Twin over Twin trundle with an ensuite bath complete with over-sized tub to relax and unwind. This home also offers 2 additional bedrooms for your group to spread out during your stay.

Enjoy the Gulfside's uncrowded pedestrian beach (no cars allowed for 300 yards but golf carts welcomed) where you can setup your group's spot for the day on the beach to build sandcastles, jump in the frothy surf, find unique shells and sand dollars, boogie board, shore & surf fish and build an evening bonfire while you listen to the waves under a sea of stars. Or if preferred, utilize the available launch for your boat or fishing pier on the bayside. So much to do so little time!
AREA:
San Luis Pass and Treasure Island have been known all over the US for being a saltwater fishing hotspot and the most amazing sunrises & sunsets! It is 15 minutes from Surfside and across the bridge from Galveston's west end and only about 30 minutes to the heart of Galveston Island's activities. Most people come to the area to spend quality 'non-commercialized" time with family, extended family, and friend on a clean beach with excellent fishing.
NOTE: While there is a basic convenience mart nearby and Seven Seas Grocery about 10 -15 min away, we do suggest, given this is on an island, you purchase your groceries ahead of time or at least plan to make a bit of a drive for most extensive purchases.

We had a great stay at this property. This is a perfect location for a fishing trip. We will definitely book this house again
I want to start off by saying that we will be back to this property! We enjoyed thebstay very much. The checking in process was simple. Thr home was vlean, and everything worked as advertised. We enjoyed tye fact that there was a full climate controlled bathroom with shower on the lower level. For the price, we feel like we got our money worth.

Property is managed by a rental company. The place is a lot cleaner than many of the beach houses we’ve been to. Great access to cold pass and marshes for kayaks. There is a restriction on visitors, even during the day (not staying overnight). I would recommend asking about this detail before booking as it was not apparent to me, prompting some last minute change of plans. I would highly recommend this place, just make sure you are ok with the occupancy restrictions.

I can’t brag enough about this home, the layout was spacious and the deck was fabulous!! The convenience of the elevator was perfect for someone with bad knee! We brought our pontoon and enjoyed taking it out on the bay and loved having it with us downstairs, very convenient! The kids had a wonderful time fishing every day and the adults did too! We will be coming back just as soon as we can!!
No third bathroom as stated...2 bedrooms adjoined by a restroom... water pressure was very weak when other restroom was being used. Found dog hair in carpet. Other than that nice house great location kids loved the fishing off the back doc
The only thing negative about this house is the furniture. The furniture in the two living room areas is mostly wicker - there is one old leather chair and one very modern cushioned chair. The two wicker chairs in the area by the kitchen are hard and uncomfortable. The two wicker chairs in the bigger living room area are more comfortable, but the wicker couch is not. There are no coffee tables. There is no furniture downstairs under the house, which is a shame because that is where the great breeze is at night. We had to bring down chairs from the deck. There is a picnic table up on the deck, but it is always in the sun - would be nicer to have this downstairs. There were ants in the shower when we arrived, but we were able to wash them out (the pest control person came later in the week). There is no shower in the master bathroom - only a tub. The elevator is a great thing to have when loading/unloading! The kitchen is pretty stocked with utensils, pots and pans. Everything was working. It took a bit for us to figure out how to lock the front door. But the property managers were very helpful and responded to texts right away. Fishing and crabbing off the canal was a lot of fun for the kids. We really enjoyed the location, but probably wouldn't rent this house again unless the furniture was updated.
