This duplex is newly remodeled and the perfect quiet place to relax, work or enjoy some quality time with friends and family.

There are three smart TV’s in the house (one in each bedroom and one in the living room). You can access Netflix, Hulu, Amazon video, Samsung and FUBO TV.

The house has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a full bed. Absolutely no COUCH CRASHING!

Full bathroom with modern amenities.

The kitchen is nicely updated and is spacious enough to make breakfast, a nice dinner, or enjoy a cup of coffee. Kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, and limited condiments.

The backyard has outdoor furniture to sit outside and enjoy the weather.

Guest will have access to the entire home and you will not share space with anyone else. The laundry room is located downstairs. The garage is for storage, owner/host access ONLY.

There is no smoking of any kind allowed in the home. If there is smoking in the home you will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
