This was the funnest and cutest place to stay. It was perfect for our family. It was decorated so fun. We loved playing guardians of the galaxy on the record player. There were games for the kids and it’s right across the street from the beautiful Logan temple. We would definitely go back here to stay!! Awesome experience!
This home worked out great for us. We really liked the period decorations , the location, the size. When we stay in Logan in the future we will try to get this home again.
Just like a previous, lovely home in close proximity and walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants.
This was a great location for our drop-off of an out of state USU freshman. Cozy and well-appointed home.
We came to Logan for a wedding and this house was perfect for accommodating 5 adults and 3 children. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The kids room had plenty to keep the kids entertained and the adults enjoyed the comfortable setting. The location was a block from the wedding location and a half block from the reception location. We’d definitely stay again!
This house is so cute, comfy, and clean. It has lots of space. Great for a family or just a small getaway. The house is very clean and has everything you might need. The owner was easy to communicate with and very friendly. The master bathroom does not have a door but do not let that scare you away. The door to the bedroom serves as that privacy door and it's no big deal. The decor is so cute! The linens and towels were nice. (That is not always the case in some places) The house is in a great location from downtown and other attractions. Do be advised about the parking. You can park in front of the house during the day. But you will need to park a half block or so away during the night. This was no big deal for my family. But my elderly mother has some mobility issues and it would have been too far for her. Again, we would stay here again and this was not an issue for us. Highly recommend!
Lovely charming home
Very nice house, lots of space, it is bigger than it looks in the pictures. Great location.
This home is beautiful and very centrally located. Inside is as amazing in real life as it looks in pictures. We were comfortable and felt very safe. The owner was a dream to work with. I would highly recommend this home to anyone!
Great location with a bed I actually slept GREAT on! Loved the fun and eclectic decor. Older houses are a great love of mine too, so I really enjoyed the uniqueness of the space. Lots of games for the kiddos. Just make sure to bring your own toiletries - I've been spoiled by traveling with the expectation of them being there but this place does not. Still, I wouldn't even categorize that as a complaint because there's plenty of places to pick some up nearby, just my own negligence. ?
We were not able to enter property - called owner several times - voice mail box was full. Emailed - no reply. Family members had arrived long distances for wedding. Called property manager and she could not reach the owner. Our trip could have been ruined. Got a place through Air B&B since VRBO had no local properties - ban this jerk now!!!
My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. Everything was clean and comfortable and everything we needed was nearby. Thanks so much for a great stay! Sue
My family of 7 enjoyed staying at this home very much. The home has a beautiful kitchen and dining room. We enjoyed the board games each night. The beds were comfortable. We were less than 5 minutes from the Eccles Theater where we had tickets. We also were 5 minutes from Angies and Herms, 2 great restaurants. I loved being right next to the Logan temple. Great location. We would love to stay again.
Lovely old house somewhat remodeled for rental. We barely used the kitchen, but it was nice. The rooms were perfect. One on main floor, the rest upstairs. There is a nice shaded front porch where we sat and enjoyed the morning hours. The family room is nice and the dining room is perfect. The location is great. Plenty of on-street parking and easy access. Owner put the key in lockbox on front door (should consider two keys to make it a bit easier), so it was painless to check in and out. If you have an event at the temple or downtown, this is a perfect spot. Even the university is only a 5 minute drive. In a quiet, older neighborhood. The house is across from the northwest corner of the temple lot. Will stay here again!
This home is an antiquated treasure with great potential, conveniently located just minutes from town. Unfortunately, we experienced the perfect storm of unfortunate events with our stay. When we arrived, the stench of sewer gas permeated the first floor. There was no air flow upstairs, even with the attic fan that is supposed to bring the “cooler air from downstairs to the upstairs”. Our downstairs air temp was at 78-80 degrees our entire stay. Our kids piled into one room upstairs that had a cooling unit. The futons are rock hard, but thankfully that didn’t bother the kids as much as the sweltering heat. Had we have known these issues, we would not have stayed. The owner was always very quick to respond and was unsure why the downstairs AC was not functioning. The sewer gas lingered strongly throughout our entire stay, even after flushing and running water. The owner mentioned he would contact the rental company to arrange a partial refund, but that has not come to fruition as of yet. We wish we could have more fully enjoyed this property as it is filled with nostalgic treasures and beautiful interior design throughout. With some time and work, these issues can all be resolved.
Would stay there again.
Lots of room and beds, great location next to the Logan Temple. Overall, really enjoyed our stay.
The house was really great! It was clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fantastic, stocked really well. The only problem was the parking. We couldn't park in the driveway because it is actually an alley to the apartments behind it. We could only park on the street during the day. From 12:00 midnight to 6:00 am, we had to park down the next block at a dentist's office. It was a little inconvenient especially when it was cold out. Not a huge deal, just thought renters should know. Also, in the summer, it would not be an issue. Overall, a great stay!
