Stayed Sep 27, 2024This location was perfect. We walked to nearby restaurants, the fraternity house, and Massachusetts St. for the block party. Some hills, but we were 17-45 yrs and in decent shape. Stay was comfortable, clean, and the property manager was available for questions. Would definitely recommend this location and try to stay here again!

Stayed Apr 19, 2024Great carriage house! Clean, cozy and just what we needed for the weekend. Comfortable beds and lots of natural light. Parking is off street near the house door for easy loading. Very close to KU campus and my son’s fraternity house. Close and easy drive to Mass Street. Very nice upper level deck. Nice neighborhood. Owner was excellent about communication!

Stayed Nov 10, 2023Loved the accommodations! The house was clean and cozy, the master upstairs featured a very comfortable bed and host provides fans for their guests. The location to campus is superior and parking in the alley to access the loft is a bonus as it keeps one out of the traffic for games. The location to the football stadium/campus allowed me to come back to my room through the weekends various activities to rest or change clothes- this is a huge bonus when coming up for visiting your college kid. I would definitely recommend this property and will likely stay here again

Stayed Aug 11, 2023We needed a place to stay near campus for freshman dorm drop off. This place was perfect, walking distance to campus. It's small but cute. Simple communication with owner, digital entry. Would return for sure!

Stayed Apr 28, 2023The property is close to campus. It was very cute and clean. Only bathroom is on the second floor, up the spiral staircase so that maybe difficult for some people.
