You enter our beautiful home through an Andalusian style door into a lobby with stairs welcoming you to the 1st floor hallway that leads on to the living area accompanied with a huge comfortable leather corner sofa, coffee table, 40" HD LED TV, surround sound system, DVD player, Apple TV, and Bose Ipod/Bluetooth docking station. Nearby the dining area offers a huge table and chairs and games cabinet. The fully fitted luxury kitchen and utility room has so many facilities for anyone wishing to use their cooking skills. From both the kitchen and living room you arrive on the lower terrace. The amazing views from here are undoubtedly the best anyone could wish for. Gibraltar and Africa with 180 degrees along the coast up to Malaga. We have our own private heated* swimming pool, BBQ, sun-loungers, rattan table, umbrella, huge electrically operated awning and 8 luxury chairs.There is terrace stereo system which an Ipod or MP3 player can be connected to through an amplifier. A superfast fibre 50MB WIFI/Internet access connection is installed within the house for your use. Back inside and farther along the hallway on the same floor you will find 2 on-suite bedrooms (1 King and 2 singles).
The master suite is located on the top floor offering complete privacy with luxury en-suite bathroom, fully fitted adjoining dressing room including a fridge & a superb private sea facing sun drenched terrace with Jacuzzi spa along with sun-loungers, breakfast table and chairs. Outside the house a maze of cobbled streets weave between the colourful houses and lead you to the delightful communal pools and beautifully maintained landscaped gardens. The nearest beach is in San Pedro approx 3km which has some superb views, bars and restaurants. Estepona is 20 minutes (16km) and has fantastic beach with lots to do for kids and family. The lively Puerto Banus is 7km and Marbella is 12km and both have excellent choice of beaches, bars, restaurants and shops.
The prestigious development of La Heredia was designed by the renowned architect Antonio Martin. Golfers will be happy to know that Los Arqueros Golf and Country Club (18 holes) is just across the road and La Quinta Golf Course (18 holes) is only 10 minutes drive away.There are two restaurants in the village open for lunch and dinner, a very trendy bar "La Heredian" offering drinks and snacks and is open until late most evenings as well as a Dutch bakery serving fresh daily bread, cakes, pastries, refreshments, lunch and dinner open 7 days a week. Unless you intend to stay within the village for a relaxing holiday, it is essential to hire a car.
