Our spacious 3BD/3BA townhome offers the perfect Washington getaway that you will never want to leave!! Sunserra is an amazing luxury vacation resort with endless amenities, including a 9-hole PAR 3 golf course, tennis court, basketball court, baseball/play field, multiple pools and hot tubs, Coffee/ice cream shop, Sunfire Bar & Grill, and a small convenience store.
The property is ideally located in a spectacular canyon setting and just footsteps from a large pool and hot tub. Don't worry about the hassle of having to haul your stuff long distances to and from the pool as the poolside setting of this unit provides unbelievable convenience for a relaxing and fun-filled day at the pool!
Two large decks outfitted with furniture and a firetable (on main level deck) as well as back patio with a barbecue and sitting area offer plenty of outdoor space to relax and soak in the sun and incredible views.
Experience all that Crescent Bar has to offer, including Gorge Concerts, Boating, Golfing, Wine Tasting, Restaurants and more. Walking/Biking trails run throughout the island with multiple beaches to enjoy the river! In addition to the community PAR 3 golf course (free to our guests!), the island features a 9 hole full length golf course with cart and club rental.
PARKING AND GARAGE:
You will have access to our garage. Please note, we keep some of our items in the garage and available space will vary depending on the time of year. During the summer season, at minimum 2 cars or trucks should fit. During winter off-season, likely only one car/truck will fit. Smaller size boats MAY be able to fit in garage depending height and length clearance and time of year (contact host for additional information) .
1 additional car/truck and be parallel parked in front of garage (inside of dashed line). Furthermore, vehicles may be parked in UNMARKED parking spots, which may found throughout the community.
All vehicles parked outside of garage are required to have a guest Parking Pass (hang tag) displayed while inside community. 2 parking passes will be provided upon arrival. Please note, the parking passes must be returned prior to departure to avoid a $100 parking pass fee per pass.
Important - there is no boat parking on site at Sunserra resort outside of garage. For larger boats or trailers, you will need to make arrangements for offsite parking. Overnight Boat, trailer or RV parking can be reserved at CB Park and Store located across the street from Sunserra - Address: 9116 Crescent Bar Rd NW, Quincy, WA 98848

This was the perfect condo for our needs. Plenty of room, well stocked kitchen, pool and hot tub were a huge plus and we could drive to the venue in 30 to 40 mins.
Easy to get in and out ofvthe property. House was the perfect size for all of us to have our own space. Beautiful views. Close to swimming pool. Golfing was extra fun!! Excellent place to get closer to family and make great memories!!!

We have stayed in Cresent bar for the last 7 years and this was the best place we have ever stayed. The owner was very responsive and made our stay a great one! Will be back for sure!

We had the best time at Crescent Bar and love love loved this unit. It was perfect for two families. Being across from the pool was super convenient and the table in the backyard was perfect for hanging out when it got too hot to sit out front. Our kids loved having the grass in the back, as well as next to the pool, for tossing around a football or soccer ball. The unit had everything we could have wanted, was super clean, nice furnishings, and just all around perfect. Roland was very easy to communicate with and super responsive. We would go back in a heartbeat!
Great communication from the owners and seamless checkin/access to the property. Property is very well maintained and has lots of room. Location was perfect for our getaway and we had a great time.
The home was immaculate upon entry. Great location overlooking the pool with plenty of comfy couches/chairs to rest after a long day in the sun. The owner was extremely helpful and answering any questions we had during the stay. 5 star experience throughout.
I can’t say enough great things about this place. We stayed for a long weekend for a festival weekend at the Gorge Amphitheater. The instructions and communication from the owner were clear and easy to follow. The home was clean, we were welcomed with a personal notecard and a bottle of local wine from the owners. The 3+ car garage easily fit 3 large vehicles. The location and access to the pool made it feel like it was attached to the home. The full refrigerator and freezer made it easy for us to cook for ourselves all weekend. The beds were SO comfortable and they used high quality linens throughout. The location, amenities and quality along with the great hosts made for a great 4-day weekend. We can’t wait to go back and stay again.
Roland's property at Sunserra is amazing. Everything we needed and easy access to the pool. Communication was quick and easy. Would 100% stay here again.
The property is well located right across from the pool - for endless hours of playtime and a perfect activity on warm summer days. The property is well maintained, well stocked, comfy beds and good sleeping arrangements for families with kids. The hosts are super helpful and responsive. If you are going mid week - just check hours as some services (coffee and ice cream shop down the street ) are only open limited hours. Note that tennis courts are in the process of being converted to pickle ball courts - check with hosts to see if they have reopened If you plan to play. There is river access, pizza and more ice cream just a short drive away. Lots of fun to be had!
Your condo was very comfy, accommodating and beautiful. We all enjoyed ourselves alot. The only negative was that the pool and hot tub were not open, we were told by the pool guy, however we did see other people using the hot tub. Other then that it was very nice. thank you . I would definitely recommend
