Please note that this property is currently rented for a seven night minimum that will open to a three day minimum in the month prior to booking date.

Important information if bringing a boat:
You must disclose if you will be bringing/renting a boat during your stay when you make your reservation. If bringing a boat you will need to contact The Boat House Marina at least 30 days prior to your stay to complete registration and provide vessel information. We (the owners) do not charge an extra fee for using our slip, however, The Boat House Marina will charge a $50 administration fee.
You will need to add the Boathouse Marina as an additionally insured to your policy. Instructions on how to easily do this will be provided upon booking. Please complete this before check-in.

The Boat House Marina provides a Valet Trailer Service to guests of the Coral Lagoon & Indigo Reef for a small fee. Our ramp and storage area are not open to the general public.
The service provided starts with trailer check-in. At this time we will get your contact and credit card information for ramp and storage fees. We will then assist you at the ramp and take your trailer after the boat is launched. The marina crew will give the trailer a freshwater rinse and store it for your stay.
When it is time for you to check out, please stop by or call the Dockmaster’s office to schedule a time to use the ramp. The crew will place your trailer down by the ramp so you can hook up and be ready to load the boat on your trailer. After you are loaded, you can pull forward and use a hose we provide to quickly flush your engines and rinse the brakes and axles.
Specifics:
Ramp hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm Daily
(You may arrive anytime between 8:00am-4:30pm to launch regardless of your villa check in time)
Ramp fee $10.00 in or out, or $20.00 round trip (a free public ramp is located bayside near Sadowski Causeway).
Trailer storage $25.00 per night
These fees are not included in the cost of the villa.

Place wasn’t that clean, twin room had a pubic hair on sheets, washer was filthy, a/c took forever to cool down to 73, master shower had black mold around floor and nowhere to put your bar of soap.
This condo was roomy and very cozy. My husband and I enjoyed our trip to this Marathon home. A short walk to the beautiful pool, it was so nice also that there was a shower/restroom available while at the pool. As I mentioned the condo was comfy, the kitchen was well appointed - just had to go grocery shopping near by in Marathon. I made breakfast each morning, there are so many great places for lunch and/or dinner (from $-$$$) but our favorite spot with so many wonderful staff, food & live music - Dockside at BootKey Harbor, Sombrero Rd. Another beautiful nature spot to go is Crane Point Hammock Nature Trail- amazing! We really enjoyed Marathon!

.We would definitely stay again. Loved being able to park the boat right outside the unit! Overall a nice property in an excellent location, but it felt like the air wasn’t working properly though, it was warm upstairs and was constantly running to keep the house at 75 degrees
The living space is very spacious. There was everything we needed. Very close to anything you needed. If you bring a boat, it’s so easy to get in and out and docking was awesome. The beds were impressively comfy.
This is the perfect place to spend time in the keys. Marathon has everything you need. Key West is a short drive away for a fun day stay. There are boats to rent, or bring your own and dock right on site. We stayed at Coral Lagoon years ago before the current units were built, and it’s SO much better now. We highly recommend this vacation rental.

What a great place to relax and unwind! Nothing beats having our boat right behind the unit! Lots of extra kitchen supplies and spices which was such a bonus! Will definitely come back!

Great property Great Loaction
Fantastic property and Nikki was great when i had questions or concerns. The Boat House Staff was fantastic. Very friendly country folks. Large box freezer was perfect for large amount of ice and frozen baits. Our trip was 100% about hard fishing and we did that. We enjoyed being able to cook our meals and even added some of our favorite spices to the family's cabinet. The neighborhood is nice. We gave some fresh caught sashimi to a neighbor family and the reciprocated with some very good beer. At the end we were able to provide the fridge contents to a young man at the Boat House, who just started a family. Just the way I love my get aways filled with brotherhood and fellowship with Godly people!
Very convenient boat dock
As part of a group of 6 (3 couples), we were over finding a place to stay for our vacation. Our options were limited since we got a late start on booking. This town home came up right before we were making our final decision, and it had everything we were looking for. We were a little hesitant since it was new and didn't have any reviews. We decided to go for it, and we don't regret it at all. We loved the location and the atmosphere. We went during the week, and it was quiet and peaceful. The house was clean and perfect for our group to hang out together after a day of sightseeing. The owner was very helpful in answering all my questions as well. I would recommend!

Enjoyed our time in the keys. Lots of great restaurants in marathon. Recommend sombrero beach over others in the keys and it’s nice and close.

Coral Lagoon 10 was perfect for our family vacation! We were traveling as 6 adults and it was everything you would want in a place to stay: conveniently located, easy parking, quiet and peaceful, clean, and spacious. We loved waking up and having coffee on the porch and enjoying the view. And the pool is a great bonus too! We would absolutely stay here again.
