Cleaning fee covers 9 hours of cleaning. Host is covering the cost of 1 hour for the final COVID-19 wipe-down. If the cleaning exceeds 10 hours, there will be a fee of $40 per hour requested through the resolution center after the cleaning has been completed (paid directly to the cleaners). If guests (particularly large groups) run a load of laundry (linens and/or towels) the morning of their departure (leave load in the dryer) this will reduce the likelihood of exceeding 10 hours of cleaning time.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was well provided and the owner was very accommodating. Would definitely come back again!
Property owner was super responsive and accommodating and the spot was very clean! Beds were very comfortable and we loved having an indoor fireplace. Kitchen is well stocked so no worries there if you are cooking for a group, they have all the tools.
Great house with lots of space for my family and extended family members.
Caroline is an amazing host! Super communicative and kind. My now fiancé and I wanted to celebrate our engagement with a group of friends and this was the only place we could find that was accommodating. The place has an amazingly equipped kitchen and the sleeping situation was very comfortable. The access to the outdoors is awesome as well!!! Absolutely would stay here again!
The cabin itself was located in a quiet neighborhood right off the freeway in Soda Springs and had access to a local market which was a quick 5-min. walk away. Drive to Lake Tahoe is about 25-30mins. to Eagle Rock Trail/Tahoe City, which was actually quick & easy to get to! We found ourselves cozied up to the fireplace in the center, entrenched by the high ceilings and open windows with natural light and plenty of space for lounging. Loved how the home was super comfy, from the large couch in the living area and it came with pretty much all the essentials for cooking, games and also an entertainment center. We enjoyed the loft and how it overlooked the entire bottom floor. Bathrooms and bedrooms were quite impressive as it was fully stocked with essentials, down to the super cozy duvet covers & linens. First off, our gracious host Caroline really made my first Vrbo experience such a delight!! From the very beginning she was quick to respond, had such attention to detail, very communicative and friendly in our exchange of messages. :) She was very understanding and flexible about our stay if any changes were needed while the fires were happening (fortunately, the smoke and air cleared by the time of our stay mid-October). Most importantly, Caroline went above and beyond to make sure we had leisure time to check out and also was so kind to mail back an item one of our guests left behind. Really appreciated her quick turnaround time and personal touch all the way through! I would rate our stay an 11/10!! My guests and I had a lovely stay along with 2 pups and hope to come back again to visit.
This property was wonderful! We had a wedding at Sugar Bowl and this home was a perfect place for our family to gather and enjoy each other. It was a short distance to the wedding. The home was well stocked with all kinds of cooking supplies and paper goods. The host was wonderful. We will definitely consider this home in the future!
Caroline's property was very clean and very well appointed. There really wasn't anything that we needed (and there were lots of us) that wasn't there. We had a great time!
Plenty of room. Nice fireplace for heat. Lots and lots of snow, as it near the peak. Allowed dogs (which was deciding factor for us).
This place feels like home. The mgmt/owners have gone to great lengths to ensure our stay was comfortable. Lots of attention to detail - from entertainment, games, plenty of cookware, firewood at the ready, the on-site manager. We had a great stay! Thank you!!! See you next year ???
