Seattle, Washington
Beautifully furnished and expandable upstairs and downstairs home, short walk to Green Lake and near UW. Main floor of our home is comfortable and spacious for 4 or 5 guests, with full kitchen and bathroom, W-D, patio, smart TV, and two fully adorned bedrooms with queen beds.
A lower suite is available, with ground level entrance. It is adorned like the main floor, including W-D and available for up to 4 additional guests at a similar rate. Please contact the owner about it
Enjoy nearby dining at variety of ethnic restaurants, walk or kayak around Green Lake. Direct bus access to downtown. Accessible street parking 24/7.
We do have a security camera at both entrances to protect our home when no one is present. No viewing of cameras is done during guest stay.
The location was amazing to walk... to coffee shops, restaurants and parks. Easy street parking and quiet neighborhood.
Owner quickly responded to any questions. Check in was easy. Location was great.
We loved our two night stay at Jim's apartment and I would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Seattle. The apartment was beautiful - actually even more lovely than the pictures! Contact with Jim was always easy and quick and he was super attentive to providing anything we might want or need and always very friendly. Air conditioning worked great and was a super plus since it was so hot outside! The neighborhood was very quiet and a perfect location. My husband and I sat at the little table out front and had our coffee in the morning while our daughter slept - I can't tell you how enjoyable, safe, quiet and beautiful the neighborhood is! Shower worked great, beds were comfortable. We had NO problem with parking - we were able to get a spot in front of the house every time we came back to the house. We stayed here while moving our daughter into her new apartment nearby (she's attending University of Washington next month) and my husband and I will definitely want to stay here again when we come back to visit her! Thanks for a great stay, Jim! Diana and Wayne
First time vrboing. Easy. Will do it again
Nice home in a nice neighborhood near UW. The house was as described, with all of the amenities that you need. The (very pleasant) owner was even kind enough to have window AC units in place, which was nice to have on a hot summer day. Everything worked well while we were there. The only minor inconveniences were street parking and a small washer/dryer, but it's typical for a house in this area. It's very convenient to UW. Would definitely stay here again.
Wonderful family friendly neighborhood. Very child safe space with room to run around. Great parks and playgrounds within walking distance.
Nice place. Overall clean.
House was comfortable, plenty of room to hang out which made it much better than a hotel room... close to downtown and the arena, quiet neighborhood with great coffee shops and Duke's Seafood restaurant close by. Stayed here to see the final home game of the Kraken's inaugural season. Also spent time at Pike's Market. Owner was great with regards to communication and guiding us through the process -- hadn't stayed in vrbo property in a long time.
Great location for visiting Seattle; has what you need to use as a base camp for exploring all Seattle has to offer.
We stayed at the house for a week over Christmas and it was perfect! We loved the layout with the living room, dining room and kitchen all open, so when we were cooking we could interact with each other. We cooked Christmas Eve dinner for our group and the kitchen was well equipped and roomy allowing for several of us to work. The house was well maintained and so cute, everything worked well- the heater, shower, kitchen appliances, etc. We could have used an extra blanket or 2 since we didn't want to leave the heater on high. One BR had a huge closet which was nice, but no dresser. The location was perfect with many restaurants, grocery store, coffee house and Greenlake all being walkable. Would certainly stay again when in Seattle!
