Stayed Jul 3, 2024This is a great place to stay! It is very clean and has lots of different spaces for gathering one on one or in smaller groups. The rooms are neat and the beds comfortable. There are many activity spaces too, such as swimming pool (though it is kind of small), living room (TV & comfy couch), shuffleboard game table, dining table, 2 backyard sitting areas (in addition to the pool), kitchen, BBQ and all the bedrooms. The kitchen is long and has lots of good counter space. The frig was very clean!

Stayed Mar 29, 2024I loved this home and it was very clean. It was enough space for everyone to be comfortable and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. I hate we didn’t get a chance to get in the pool but this is definitely a home I will visit again in the summer

Stayed Dec 28, 2023We booked this for a Cotton Bowl trip. The communication was amazing. Home was spotless. Exceeded our expectations in every way. Much bigger than we expected. The games were a super fun addition. Highly recommend.

Stayed Oct 27, 2023Myself and a few friends stayed on this property for a bible retreat and we had a blast! It was spacious and had everything we needed! The neighborhood was really nice as well and we took many walks. They had games, cooking supplies, snacks on arrival and more! I would definitely love to book again!

Stayed Sep 6, 2023This property was perfectly located for us, as we have family in both Prosper and Dallas proper. It was spacious, the pool was great and host provided us with coffee, tea, water and snacks! That was great. I wanted to leave a 5 star review, but ultimately felt I could not. Here are the reasons: 1) The majority of the house was clean, however the shower surround in the primary bedroom is either moldy or has some issues with the grout. It appeared very dirty, so much so that I didn't want to shower in there. 2) The pictures advertise a shuffle board table and a pool table. Both of these things were technically present however the pool table had a broken side piece (so the balls don't bounce correctly) and none of the pool cues had tips on them. It wasn't really a usable table. I don't play shuffleboard enough to know what was wrong with the board, but my husband said that the finish was incorrect causing the board to be unplayable. 3) My mother-in-law left some items in the dresser and contacted the owner to see if she could arrange a way to get them back. After an initial phone conversation the owner has since ghosted her.

Stayed Jul 2, 2023My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pictures match the property. As a matter of fact, they do not do it justice in showing the amount of available space. We had a family of 8 and there was more than enough room to accommodate everyone. From the outside it looks small but once inside, it is spacious. The pool was a nice addition. My kids used it every day for hours on end. I thought they would be disappointed since we elected not to stay at the beach this go round but they were just as happy with the pool. There were just a couple of things that need upgrading but not a deal breaker by far. The home was very clean, which I loved. The owners were very responsive and wonderful host. I'm big on communication, and everything from the welcome package to check out was easy peasy. If you are considering this property, you will not be disappointed. We would stay here again.

Stayed May 23, 2023Communication with the host was exceptional at this property. Anytime I reached out to her with a question, I received a response almost instantly and she was very helpful. Cleanliness is my main concern when booking a property and I’m glad to say that wasn’t an issue here. The house was very clean inside and out and well put together. We enjoyed using the pool and the grill in the backyard. It was also great getting garage access. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt very safe. The house is close to restaurants and grocery stores. The new HEB a couple miles up the road was very convenient! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property!
