PROPERTY AMENITIES
Elevator, Internet, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer, Ranges & Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.
Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. A 3% service fee will be added if you choose to pay with a credit card. E-checks are NOT accepted within 14 days of arrival
The name on the credit card or e-check account must match the name on the reservation.
On arrival, help were supposedly working on the elevator. A call from the rental agency “it will be fixed on Tuesday” Could not fix Tuesday “wrong part” sent. Obviously the elevator did not work for the previous renter, did not for us all week and will probably not be fixed for the next renter. Ice maker did not work. Help came, looked at, “will tell rental agency, they will have to call owner”. Dishwasher broke down Thursday before we left on Saturday.
The house is a high quality house and in a good location. It is excellent for large groups with plenty of space. However, I felt that the charged cleaning fee was excessive given the list of check-out items related to cleaning and organization that we were required to do. It was not cheap and put damper on our trip when checking out.
We enjoyed our stay and property was everything we were hoping for. The only feedback I would give future customers is to be sure to bring basic necessities for your stay like garbage bags, laundry detergent, paper towels and so on. Everything else was perfect!
AbundantSea worked out great for this group of 8 golfers. We all had our own BR's and baths. The property was clean and had almost all of what we needed. Disappointed in that a few of us got stuck between floors in the elevator - but that was resolved within 30 minutes so a serious problem was handled well. The unit (of this size and cost) SHOULD have cable service. The Streaming services were just OK - we were disappointed in not being able to watch Football. ... At a minimum: instructions on the Streaming Apps should be provided. Not all of them worked as we expected. A Keurig coffee maker (we were told yes) wasn't provided.
