OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Please be aware our Tiny House is located in an RV Park. Even though the home is 100% private there are other people staying nearby. There are amenities available such as a laundromat, picnic areas, a hot tub and swimming pool (when in season). There are quite a few other Tiny Homes in the park so you can meet and socialize with other Tiny Home lovers!!
The RV park is clean and well maintained with easy access to parking. It's located right near I-15 which makes travel easy and convenient.
A lot of people ask us why the home is located in an RV park, and the only answer is that Salt Lake County currently does not allow for tiny houses in their city code. If we ever have the opportunity to move to a more permanent location we would absolutely love to.
The RV park really is well maintained and requires background checks of all its residents. Management quickly addresses any issues and is easy to get a hold of. It’s an older park so keep that in mind.

Great spot! Would recommend to friends and family
great property, great location, definitely recommend for those interested in tiny home living.
We loved everything, except the outside steps. It would help if they were leveled... and a handrail. But we managed ok. The steps were slanted toward the ground. If it were slick outside, it would have been a disaster. It would be sad if someone fell.
