Beautiful Beach House on Cat Island

This old Floridian plantation style house is perched on top of a bluff on the widest section of beach on Alligator point. It has ten foot ceilings and is constructed almost entirely of cypress. You will enjoy water views from every room and love the almost 100 ft. of covered porch. It is fully equipped and even has a hot tub. There is a studio apartment as well that sleeps two with its own refrigerator, outside shower, and bathroom. Ceiling fans and ocean breezes will keep you cool and the extra large windows will provide you with plenty of indoor light. Take the Fugi mountain bikes for a ride down Alligator point or dive on the coral heads out front.
