we were 6 people that needed rooms in the Atlanta area , this house turned out to be ideal for our trade show , we basically just slept there , but it was not far from the site It does need a little finishing but for what we needed it was great.
The house was perfect they went above and beyond to accommodate a guest who had flown afar way to get her in early. Bedrooms large bathrooms nice and updated. Only issue was I couldn’t get an answer on what to do because the door wouldn’t lock. I also noted to them that the garbage cans were already full so we had to leave some bags inside where animals wouldn’t get in to it. The living room couch needs updated but the rest of the house was awesome and dealing with the managers was easy. The part of Atlanta it is in is a very nice neighborhood . Would have been nice to have had a checklist to go by in the house as to what we needed to do before we left. I DID CALL TOLETBTHEM KNOW THE DOOR WOUKDNT LOCK AND THE GARBAGE WAS OVERFLOWING
Pros: located close to downtown, spacious and enough bedrooms Cons: upstairs living area furniture needs to be replaced Downstairs bedrooms are leaky and smells moldy, floors are water damage.
The place was very accommodating. We truly enjoyed staying there. It could of been s little cleaner but we managed to clean it our selves. Overall I give it 4 stars!
Very disappointed with the home, air not cool enough, rained in home, floor warped, beds felt like you were sleeping on floor, not enough bathrooms, home had bugs in it and an odd odor. Not worth the money we paid at all.Spoiled our vacation!!!
The house is in terrible condition, The floors downstairs is coming up ,you can and will trip over the floors down stair cause they are coming up also it rain in the home, also it’s mildew in the home and the furniture is very old.you will not get what u pay for . The home need a lots of repairs. Downstairs one of the bedrooms have missing board on the stairs. The home is in terrible condition.
Cons: Bottom floor smelled of mildew, Bedroom floor eroding, leaked in bedroom during rain, jacuzzi removed, uncomfortable living room furniture. Pros: Close to downtown& lots of space for large family All in all the house needs lots of work!!!
I am very disappointed with my stay. By far this has been the worst vacation home. The house was roomy and had some nice decor, however; it wasn't cleaned: cobwebs were in the corners of the house, the stove vents, pots, stairs, floors, linen, and porch was dirty. The beds were uncomfortable. The room with the twins beds pushed together caused an uncomfortable sleep. The beds alone gave us all back pains and crooks in our neck. We only had one room with a tv and it didn't work. No remote. We had to fix the upstairs and downstairs tv because they weren't working as well. The sofas in the living room were on the floor and uncomfortable due to the feathers, saggy cushions feathers and insects coming through the pillows and cushions. Holes in the floors, damaged floor fixtures, loose wood pieces, gaps in wood, scratched up floors, stains on walls, leakage spot on ceilings, corroded pots, grease filled kitchen vent that dripped dirty oil if you tried to use the stove . I emailed the owner and no response. I texted their contact person and she responded but nothing to compensate our stay. The money spent was not worth it.
