My wife and I recently booked a 2 week stay in this beautiful home. When we arrived, the house was clean, inviting and just as described. The home had everything we needed to make our stay literally a home away from home. The front and back porch are perfect for a morning cup of coffee, lunch or dinner. We found the amenities of Sun City to be perfect for anything we wanted to do. We read the previous reviews and we could tell that the owner definitely reads each one and makes the changes necessary for a perfect, inviting stay. The internet was fast enough for us to stream shows to the tv on our device while surfing the internet. There were no dull knives to be found and everything was in perfect working order. There were even some pleasant, recent updates in the back yard that seem to have been made from the pictures provided from the listing. While I could go on and on about the positives about the home, simply put, we will DEFINITELY stay here again and we have recommended it to our friends!
Bad internet. No cable tv. No king size bed. No good kitchen knifes dull dull dull. Very expensive for what we had. No out side lights front or back. Cabinet door knobs pull off when opening, 1 cabinet door has a top hinge on screwed. Very bad experience with this property, not worth doing it again. Master bathroom electric plug not working
Had fenced in area out back door.Ideal area for our small dog. Short distance from our sons house and shopping area. I
Upon arrival found the property to be clean and ready. Had a bit of trouble finding extra towels but one phone call to care of it. Internet was not working and was not restored until Saturday afternoon. Once up we found that being further than a few feet from the amplifier we had no real connection. Owner is using an amplifier to boost the signal from a family member across the street so calling it high speed is a stretch. We knew that the television was over the air only but planned on using Netflix due to signal strength we could not do that.
The accomodation was all that we needed. It was very clean and in great shape. The owner was very good to deal with and we enjoyed our stay at his home. The neighbourhood was nice and quiet and we never had a bit of a security problem. We'd definitely go back.
Don's house was on a quiet cul-de-sac with very little traffic. Nice front porch with chairs and a table, great if you like to read in the morning while the back had a lounge chair that I used to catch some sun. House was conveniently located to stores, less than a 5 minute drive. I'm looking forward to staying again next year.
My stay was for the purpose of buying a house there. It was an excellent choice. We were very comfortable there and enjoyed our stay. The house was spotless when we arrived and the owner was very agreeable to our requests. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the lack of Internet.
