This adorable house is a modern industrial style with a little whimsy added. It's cozy and relaxed feel is very inviting. It is located in the heart of Texas A&M Aggieland in College Station, Texas. It is the perfect location in walking distance of Kyle Field for all those Aggie football, baseball & Basketball games. Also conveniently located to several popular dining spots. Our approach is self check in by lock box on door, but I am available should you have any questions or concerns. I look forward to having you as my guest!

We greatly enjoyed our stay! It is very close to campus and all our favorite restaurants. The train didn't bother us at all even being right across the street. We would definitely stay here again!
Clean and comfortable. Good location. Trains can be loud but the noise really didn’t bother us a bit.

This property was adequate for our needs. Overall experience was good. Had trouble getting into the property but that was probably related to communication problems with the app. Perfect location probably would stay again. Little noisy because of the train so visitors need to be prepared and put children in the front bedroom not adults who are light sleepers.

Host was great! House was cute and cozy. We stayed a couple nights for a wedding with our newborn an my parents and it had everything we needed and was super clean. They remodeled and added on the master and we enjoyed everything about it! The outside doesn’t do the inside justice
We rented this house for our older son's graduation and it was a great location other than being on Wellborn and hard for the kids to find it at night. Small and quaint, but had everything we needed for a wonderful family stay.
In town for just one night meeting our children for a trip to Santa’s wonderland. Easy check in, house was well taken care of, clean and spacious. We would definitely stay again next time we are in town

Renting this facility was a great experience as it was very close to all the places we visited and contained all the components (such as wi-fi, televisions, and kitchen accessories) necessary for a super time in college station!
We had such a nice stay at this house. Our daughter graduated from Texas A&M and the ceremony was 5 minutes from the property. We had 8 adults, including my elderly parents, who had comfortable places to sleep and we were able to cook dinner after the graduation and spend time in the living area.
This property was inviting, warm, and consistent with the ad on the app. It’s a great place to stay and I will be back again! Especially during football season Gig’em aggies.
We enjoyed our stay at this cute little house, right down the street from Kyle Field. Clean and well stocked and plenty of room for our family and dog. I got to do my college freshman’s laundry while we were there too! The only downside was being so close to the train tracks - but using a sound machine helped us block that out at night. A great little place to stay!
Our family of 5 enjoyed our recent stay here. We had plenty of room to hang out as a family. Huge yard for our dog to enjoy. Page was a very gracious host!
The house is really cute and was perfect for my bridesmaids and I the night before my wedding. Very cute house, extremely clean, and the owner was awesome to work with. The only downside is that the location is a little odd and somewhat difficult to see. We passed it twice and my bridesmaids did the same when they came later on. Other than that, the property was awesome!
We came to visit our son in College Station and enjoyed our stay in this house. The owner is very nice and accommodating. The house is well equipped with everything you could possibly need and very nicely decorated. We were very comfortable. Fun time! Samie

Everything as advertised. My friend and I had our daughters in town for a soccer tournament. Room for everything, the master bedroom very private from the rest of the house. Kids can relax in one area, parents in another. Owner was awesome! Great communication and very understanding, even after I lost the house key. Page was a true saint!

We were there to move our son. The house was great except we didn’t have kitchen towels and rags. We loved the back yard and cooked on the grill the busy street was interesting.
This house was perfect for a trip to visit our son. The house is close to train tracks, so if you don’t like train noises that may be an issue. Otherwise it’s comfortable, decorated nicely and has a stocked kitchen.

Unfortunately for us we made a trip for a tournament being held at A&M. We came in Wednesday night, played Thursday and then everything was cancelled without a refund due to the Coronavirus. Our stay was suppose to end Sunday. We tried to contact the VRBO owner about us leaving early and if a refund was possible. That was Friday, and I’ve never heard anything to this day. I understand it’s unprecedented with the virus causing so much uncertainty. Also I didn’t purchase trip insurance so it’s most likely not possible. On a brighter note we loved the house. It’s pretty noisy with the number of trains that go by along with the traffic. Motorists seem to speed quite a bit on that stretch of road. The back yard was overgrown with weeds and not mowed. The house is well equipped with kitchen items. It was a great location to go back and forth to the A&M Tennis Center. The TV’s were nice and large, the internet is fast, the bathrooms were great for the two couples. There are a few things that need some work. Several doors in the house do not stay shut including the exterior doors. Going into the master-bath there are carpet nails sticking up. The closet door in the master bedroom has a sharp edge that can really hurt. It’s really a great little house, but for us and this crazy virus that’s spreading it really put a damper on everything.
Super cute, clean and modern. Loved the large backyard and covered patio. Central to many places in CS. Pet friendly. It was on a busy street but that did not bother us, street noise could be important to note for those with dogs or small children. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!
