This is my 3rd time staying at this beautiful casita and can't wait until I return again. Coyote Casita is warm and welcoming with spectacular views located in the wonderful Kayenta art village. My pup and I enjoyed walking the beautiful surroundings and hiking Pa`rus trail at Zion national park. Sally is a warm and gracious host who greeted us upon our arrival and was available for anything we might need.
Sally was so gracious. The home is so very clean and beautiful. We will be back for sure! Oh and the views from the back patio are stunning. Can’t say enough about our wonderful stay here in Kayenta.
Clean, comfortable and peaceful. All the perks of home in an artsy setting. ?
If you like a secluded quiet place this is it. The dark nights are incredible and the location is superb. Xetava is an excellent place to relax and enjoy a wonderful meal. We will be back for sure!
Lovely casita, across the street from the art center. Well stocked, perfect patio. Great place to stay.
There is nothing negative to say about this place, only that there was a lack of communication with the host. So far with vacation rentals I have always received the address and instructions the day before in an email. In this case I texted the hostess twice without a reply and finally called. I was explained a few things over the phone which were hard to understand and asked to get a text with the information. That didn’t happen. When I arrived at the address that I thought I had been given I called the hostess again and she explained in a complicated way where my entrance was. It would have been so much easier for her and for myself if she had come out and showed me around. I didn’t see the hosts in these 5 days a single time and honestly felt unwelcome. There is a folder with information on a shelf on a side table in the living room which is helpful but if she had pointed that out to me I could have avoided calling her several times as well as parking in the wrong place which turned into a somewhat unpleasant encounter with her son who needed to get in his garage.
I came down for my son military graduation back in December of 2022. This place was very clean and convenient. The communication with the host was wonderful. I would definitely come back to stay for vacation. Thank you. Great experience.
Great location right in the Kayenta Art Center yet secluded and very quiet. Perfect set-up for two people with hiking and biking right out the front door and the Xeteva Cafe a two minute walk away. No traffic and no crowds.
Really enjoyed at stay here. Held four adults without any problem. Had everything we needed including a well-stocked kitchen set up, and loved having access to tennis and pickleball courts. Also, great trails right from property for both hiking and mountain biking, and the area is very dog friendly. Sally was always ready to help and responded quickly to any needs/requests. Overall, wonderful place to stay and look forward to returning.
Wonderful property in a beautiful location
The casita is everything the owners represent it to be: cozy, well appointed, comfortable, relaxing and inviting. We will be back! Sally and Sam are wonderful hosts and it's a pleasure to share their beautiful casita.
Perfect location for days and days of hiking in Southern Utah. Spacious and exceedingly comfortable.
Sally contacted us early on day of check in to confirm details and let us know our casita was ready. Shortly after we arrived she checked in with us. We needed very little but Sally provided all that requested. As for the casita, it had everything we needed for the week and much more. Absolute comfort in an amazing setting surrounded by the red mountains. We had a private back patio surrounded by a rock wall. It was a great place for star gazing at night and relaxing with our dogs. AND all of this centered in Kayenta Arts Village with wonderful shops and Xetava Gardens Cafe (oh the delicious food). We had most of our meals there. Back to Sally and Sam: we had such a nice visit with them in their casita next door. Our week was everything we hoped for and more.
Peaceful, great view thru amazing picture windows that you can see the stars at night thru while laying in a big comfy king size bed. We loved the location, Kayenta. A South West artsy community that simply has a great vibe. We will be making Sally's Casita a destination tradition.
Coyote Casita is beautiful, comfortable and peaceful with specular views. This is my second time staying here, you can't help but feel the calm and serenity during your stay. There are wonderful shops and a great restaurant in the village, along with wonderful places to hike with your pup. I never want to leave once I'm here, I hope to come back next year. Thank you Sally for sharing your wonderful Casita
Much better than the pictures! Sally was very responsive and accommodating and didn’t require us to do anything upon checkout as so many places do.
So cozy, clean and has the best view!!
My dog and I loved our time at Coyote Casita, you get the feel of being out in the desert without being isolated. The Arts Village was so cute and Sally was so communicative and helpful!
we enjoyed our stay very much.
Property could use a deep cleaning and restocking of essential items like: soap, shampoo, dishwasher soap (pods), coffee, sugars packs, etc. Bedroom blind is broken, so no chance of sleeping in with morning sun. Problem with sugar ants. Had a box of cookies for my daughter's graduation celebration destroyed when I left on counter overnight. Dog fence is not really functional for any size dog. Wire is bent and ends do not close properly. Casita is beautiful and backyard space is beautiful. Nice, quiet area and we enjoyed the beautiful scenery.
This is our second visit to Coyote Casita and we again enjoyed our stay.
This is a delightful and relaxing vacation retreat. Desert views, comfortable Casita, friendly and responsive host - couldn’t ask for more. My wife and I loved our stay and Sally made us feel very welcome. Very highly recommended..
Beautiful casita with a full kitchen! Perfect for two, well designed and decorated with a stellar patio. Highly recommend.
