Wake up to the beautiful view of Atlantic Ocean and have coffee on the private balcony. This suite is located on 12th floor of Landmark Resort and has an unobstructed ocean view. Resort offers great water amenities, fitness room, and free parking.
The space
It is perfect for a family vacation or a getaway with your friends. The suite features a remodeled full kitchen with granite countertops. Two beds in the bedroom and a Murphy bed in the living room to accommodate 6 guests.
Guest access
Guests can access all Landmark Resort water amenities located in the main Landmark building, along with the fitness center.
The water park area across the street from the building is not part of the resort but is owned by a third-party company, therefore not accessible to our guests. Guests do not have access to restaurants/snack bars/Starbucks/game room/laundry room.
Other things to note
All suites managed by us have code locks for the doors, so there is no need to waste time checking in at the front lobby, all access codes will be sent to you on the day of check-in by 4 pm. Parking passes as well as pool wristbands (where required) will already be waiting for you in your suite. All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with basic kitchen utensils such as silverware and plates/bowls.
For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only our suites at Patricia Grand allow them. Inquire for more information on these units.
Upon check-in, linens for each bed and towels for each person will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Any additional items needed will come at a small fee. Items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not provided by us but can be rented from the lifeguards on the beach.
Our locations are privately owned and rented by off-site management, so all questions or requests must be made by contacting us. The front desk will have none of your information and will not assist you.
Please note that during the Winter months, there may be renovations in the resort or nearby suites. Some resort amenities may be closed or have limited hours during this time. Prices are reduced during the winter to compensate for this possibility.
CANCELLATION POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS:
*Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund.
Travelers must cancel by 11:59 p.m. on the cut-off day (60 days prior to check-in) to receive a refund. All times are specific to your property's time zone.*

I’m going to tell you what the listing won’t so buckle up! The good: CLEAN. I am not a clean freak but I am a bit of a germ freak. Good job housekeeping team! GREAT VIEW. Truly an ocean front property The bad: FELT LIKE A HOTEL, NOT a CONDO WITHOUT HOTEL PERKS. Landmark does not allow outside renters to use their restaurant, their Starbucks ( no, you can’t even buy coffee unless you have a pink bracelet which denotes a Landmark guest). Nor can you buy drinks by the pool. This also means when the awesome water slides open you will not be allowed to use those or purchase tickets but you can look at them on your long walk to the car. The only things you can use are the pool and lazy river. THE SIZE OF THE ROOM: OMG!!! This is not even close to a 6 person room. They may have squeezed the beds in but you can barely walk around. This would be okay for 2 adults and 2 children but no more. The kitchen is so small that I could touch both walls when cooking. This means if someone needs to go to the bathroom I would need to leave the kitchen so they could pass. NO DISHWASHER: This one is sort of on me. We have used VRBO for years and I just assumed that a vacation rental would make sure you aren’t spending your entire vacation doing dishes. I was wrong. On top of washing dishes constantly for 6 people, I also had the leave the kitchen constantly if someone needed to pass. WATER PRESSURE IN the KITCHEN SINK: it was horrible- more like a trickle. It would take 15 minutes to run enough water to wash all those dishes NOT ENOUGH TOWELS! I assumed, because we rented for 4 days like every other VBRO we’ve ever stayed at we would have 4 days of towels. NOPE! We were given 6 small towels for the entire stay which means you will need to take enough shower towels to cover your entire stay. NO CHAIRS on BALCONY: this one was just insane! We couldn’t spend any time on the balcony without standing- so that awesome ocean view was not even necessary because we couldn’t sit and enjoy it. ROOM FURNITURE: missed matched and older. Again, reminding me of a lower class hotel. SLOW l, did I say SLOW ELEVATORS! And you must take 2 elevators and walk though an UNairconditioned HOT tunnel to get to your car- past the water park that you will not be allowed to use. Will we ever stay here again? ABSOLUTELY NOT but that’s not to say that you might enjoy it IF you are okay with all the above things I’ve listed on your vacation. It’s up to you…..
Had everything we needed for our stay, super convenient to have a kitchen in the suite so we didn't need to pay for restaurants every day.
