The pictures sure lead you into thinking this is a gem. Turns out they “put lipstick on a pig”. The finishes in the kitchen cut all the corners, the bed was the cheapest you can find on Amazon, the shower rod broke before we could even shower, and the walls are paper thin (thanks upstairs neighbor who enjoys going on 3:00 AM bike rides). One truly redeeming quality is the location! Gorgeous view of the reservoir outside your door, close to pickleball/tennis, and can walk to the amphitheater and a bunch of great local restaurants!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cute little condo with great location for walking to the Marina and Lake Events.
I'm actually shocked that anyone could list this place in good conscious. When we arrived we discovered that the bathroom sink drain was stuck in the closed position, multiple electrical outlets did not work, door frames were rotted and the strike plate were falling out, and electrical outlets in the kitchen with no arc fault and ground fault circuit interruption (and therefore a fire hazard). To add insult to injury, the bricks in a brick wall fell off when I leaned on the wall. We called the problems in when we arrived and were told someone would be there the next day. Of course, no one came.
