Stingray Kai is located on the North side of Grand Cayman in the Kaibo Yacht Club Phase II Condominiums. This quiet community is far away from crowds, tourists and heavy traffic. The ocean front property has tranquil waters with an infinity-edge pool with a hot tub located a few steps outside the back door. There are palm trees with hammocks, and lounge chairs around the pool for sunbathing. The Kaibo Yacht Club Restaurant and Beach Bar is nearby to enjoy the weekly Caribbean BBQ located onthe beach with outdoor bands and dancing. The Kaibo Yacht Club upstairs restaurant have been awarded with with Best Outdoor Dining, Service, and Cayman Chefs. Paddle boats and kayak rentals are available, book a night time bio-luminescent excursion. Rum Point Beach Club is located less than a mile away with crystal clear waters to enjoy snorkeling and to chill out on the beach. Family and kid activities are available at Rum Point, this is a great place to enjoy a beach volleyball game and build sand castles. Red Sail Sports offers beach water sports including boating and snorkeling trips, scuba diving and water jets. The world famous Stingray City boat trip can be booked here and just minutes away. This area also has the Wreck Bar and Grill and the Rum Point Club Restaurant.

Stingray Kai is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo located on the first floor, the master bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds convertible to a queen, and a bathroom located just outside the bedroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, dining area and a living room, all open-concept. The living room has a 27 inch flat-screen and Wi-Fi is available. A screened in lanai has a small table and chairs to enjoy outdoor dining. The unit has towels, beach towels, and hair dryers. We recommend you to stop by the Fosters Food Fair IGA / Countryside in Savannah as you make yourself across the island to the condo. This area has a very nice grocery store, liquor store and other necessities. We also recommend obtaining a car rental from the airport car rental businesses.

    We stayed here with 4 adults. The condo was clean and provided all our needs! All the basics from spices to cleaning supplues, lots of towels, fans, etc, etc. Communication with Gary and Tina was always very quick. Their guide which they sent out with info about the island (directions, grocery stores, tips) was very helpful. We would definitely recommend this place if you need a beautiful quiet spot in Cayman Cai.

    We had an incredible stay at Gary and Tina’s condo. This location is perfect for those who want a relaxed, quiet vacation, off the beaten path. Gary was very communicative prior to our visit and helped to provide us with recommendations for activities and places to visit during our trip. The condo was extremely clean and very organized. Fully stocked kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc. You will need to plan on cooking some meals, as there are not many restaurants to choose from. This was fine for our family, and honestly preferred. Don’t make the mistake we made and plan to do your grocery shopping before making the journey to the Northside. Chrisholm’s grocery is convenient but VERY expensive. First floor walkout to the beach with a wonderful screened-in patio. Lots of patio furniture and plenty of seating and areas to relax on the beach around the complex. About a 7-10 minute walk to starfish point, which was so much fun for our family. Conveniently located right next door to one of the two restaurants on the northside. Good food, service was spotty, but didn’t mind. Plenty of parking around the complex and very easy to come and go throughout the day. We will absolutely stay here again.

    Condo was as described, very quiet part of the island, beach really isn't great, lots of turtle grass, but walk down the road to Starfish Point and great water and beach. If you are looking for a lively place this is NOT the place, it is more for relaxing, and enjoying the location. Definitely need a rental car, which we enjoyed driving around the whole island, lots to see and do. The condo was in great condition, a couple hiccups, but the owners addressed them immediately, we would definitely rent here again. ?

    Great place for those that want to get away from the crowded hotel and densely packed condo scene. Basic, but well equipped, clean, comfortable and a walk-out onto the beach. Lots of beach towels! We planned to eat-in often as you are on the far end of Grand Cayman and Northside (2) and East End (5) restaurants (2) are a drive away.

    The property matched description very well and we enjoyed our vacation. We were not familiar with the area and communication with the owner was extremely important for our preparedness for our stay. There is well-equipped kitchen, adequate amount of linens/throws and plenty of beach towels. There is a restaurant 30 yards from the property and a morning place for coffee. In spite of the restaurant working late hours, we didn't have any issues with noise, it was very quiet all the time, days and night. Overall, it's a great place to stay and the owners were extremely prompt with all communications.

    This unit worked great for us.. It was super clean, well stocked, and right near the water. I Took my teenage son for his Senior Trip, and we loved it. We had other families staying at homes close by, and were able to get between the places easily. Kaibo beach bar is located steps from this unit, and we ate there several times throughout our stay. The food is great, and the views are amazing. Owners were super responsive, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

    We were very pleased with this condo. All appliances have been upgraded to stainless steel and the living room has all new cushions. The master bedroom is spacious, the bed comfortable, and the closet is spacious. We were very happy with the kitchen. Everything needed to prepare and serve food is available. One cupboard has lots of different spices, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, coffee filters. There are plenty of cleaning supplies, broom, dustpan, vacuum, and pail with mop. The lanai has its own broom, as well as a hose to wash off the sand before you enter the lanai. Being on the ground floor you are steps away from the pool, beach or tranquil bay. The wifi worked well. The only thing that didn’t work as expected was the TV reception. It was intermittent. But did not affect us much as we don’t travel to new locations to watch TV. The owners were quick to respond, and checking ourselves in with the lockbox was perfect. Really great place to stay if you want a quiet location, away from the crowds.

    The condo was nice although we did have a couple issues which were not addressed. Communication with the owners is not the best. We mentioned many of the slats in the living room blind were missing - didn't hear anything on that. The light in one of the bathrooms went out. They sent the property manager & he dropped off the totally wrong light bulbs - never heard back on that. That being said, a nice area if you want to get away from the norm. The pool is right out the door to the left. There is loungers and hammocks. Right next door to the Yacht Club restaurant and bar. Down the road is Starfish point which has a nicer beach. The condo itself is really nice and roomy with the 2 bedrooms & 2 baths. The ice machine in the fridge was a definite welcome as was the washer & dryer. Kitchen is stocked pretty good with dishes, pots, pans, spices, cleaning supplies, etc. It has a briquette bbq which we used most nights. Enjoyed the screened patio. A couple suggestions to the owners - a bbq brush, a couple travel beach chairs & umbrella and a couple floaties would definitely be welcome. Also a note to the owners - neither bathtub drained very well - the one off the master bath was really bad.
