Back at home, your condo features a convenient and well-equipped kitchen with all the cooking essentials needed to prepare terrific meals and snacks, including a Keurig coffee maker for easy morning brews. The balcony features two comfortable chairs and is the ideal place to enjoy some fresh mountain air now and then. Additionally, this mountain retreat offers guests the convenience of an on-site ski locker.
WHAT’S NEARBY
Walk straight to the chairlifts and ski school from the building! Winter Park Resort is less than a quarter-mile from the condo, and other base activities are just a short walk away. Pole Creek Golf Club is just over 12 miles through the forest when you need a break from the mountain. Groups with kids (or extra playful adults) will love a detour to Fraser Tubing Hill, less than six miles out from the condo.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great place. Second time staying there. Mattress should be replaced and wifi was not working so we used phone service. Everything else was great.
Crumbs on coffee table. Dirty washcloth on top of shower curtain. Bathtub not clean. Minor minor issues. Just a heads up for your cleaning service :) thank you for sharing your place. Stunning watching ye village wake up !!

Very comfortable condo in an awesome location!
If you want to sink and roll to the middle of the bed this is the place for you! If you want a good nights sleep avoid at all costs. We left a day early just to stay at a Holiday Inn and get a good nights sleep. Lights weren’t all operational and the bathroom had contact lenses and food on the floor.
Perfectly stocked condo. Ideal ski n ski out.
Dysfunctional key cards; water outages; zero communication. I will not be doing business with vacasa again.

Super nice property in a terrific location. Exactly as described. It will be my first choice on any return visit to Winter Park.
The unit itself is very nice. Had everything we needed. Location is fantastic in village. Room was not cleaned prior to arrival. It took 2 hours for a someone to come and complete the cleaning. Communication was poor during the wait. Our confirmation email didn't clearly identify the unit number so that also took a phone call and we were in the wrong building. There are two buildings next to each other.
