Nice place, nothing fancy but had everything we needed. Kitchen and bathroom was stocked well with utensils and supplies and everything was clean. Perfect location if you don't want to drive, plenty of restaurants in walking distance and many other things are a 5 minute uber ride. Only drawbacks was that there were some loud guests close by and parking is expensive so add an extra $100 to the price if you're staying more than 2 days. Would stay again!
This was a great option for our spring break trip. The location was great. We were able to walk to all the major attractions and restaurants. The attended parking was convenient to the building, and about what you'd expect to pay for overnight in a big city. The unit was well equipped with the essentials. We would stay there again.
Really enjoyed the location and general vibe of the building. Do not let the low water pressure talk scare you away, the shower was just fine.
The unit was exactly as pictured. It was easy to find and easy to get into with the code sent before the trip. We wanted something within walking distance of the Aquarium, Coke Museum and CNN as well as the Marta system so that we could fly in and not have to rent a car. This was perfect for all of those needs. Randall was easy to communicate with and very responsive.
First time visitor to Atlanta and the location of this apartment is a gem. Very central to all attractions and within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean and pristine, all instructions were communicated very well. There were some homeless people outside but they pretty much left us alone. We ended up parking in the covered lot on 31 Baker St, next to the Vietnamese place. My only suggestion would be perhaps to have possibly a few pods of coffee and some initial supplies to make it feel a little homier as well as a baking sheet or two so we could have heated our pizza. Otherwise, a great place and would consider definitely renting again!
This a nice place to stay in the heart of Atlanta just about three blocks from Centennial Park Coca-Cola Aquarium the condo was nice and the balcony was an added Plus
We were very pleased with our stay and the location. Perfect for our family of 4 with 2 small kids. The pack and play fit great at the end of the bed for our youngest. Fully stocked dishes and pans in the kitchen. Only downsides were literally seeing vehicles being cased in the parking lot behind the building (that’s not attended) and the smell of people smoking (and not cigarettes if you catch my drift). This is nothing the owner of the condo can help and the condo itself did not have that odor at all. Other than that, we would look to rent again.
Our condo was clean and well equipped. The building staff were friendly and helpful. It's well located to get you to most of the major sites within the city. We did learn from a notice in the elevator that they were filming a movie on the street below throughout the full three nights we were there with "motorcycle chase scenes with simulated gunfire and grenade explosions from 7 PM to 7 AM." so that was a surprise that made things interesting!
I enjoyed my stay thanks. It was close to all the places in Atlanta I needes to be at. Thank you
Clean and good location.
Apartment was great. Everything was very clean and location is perfect. I was in town for a convention and their are plenty of amenities nearby and convention center is a 20 minute walk. Would stay again!
It was home away from home
Overall a nice stay. The condo was clean and updated. The building is old and the water pressure is pretty low. The condo itself needed light bulbs...many were out. Aside from that I’d stay here again.
Great location, well maintained apartment in a professional building, for much cheaper than nearby hotels. Would definitely stay here again!
We have been staying in Randall's condo for DragonCon, for several years and I can honestly say it is the best place to stay at a great price. The condo is located in the heart of Atlanta, close to every thing you want to do and see. The condo is clean, and maintained to the highest. Felt like I was in my own home. We enjoyed the balcony in the evenings. The security staff is friendly and helpful. I look forward to staying again.
It’s in the heart of all the activities. You can walk or use public transportation very easy. It was a blast
The location of this condo cannot be beat. The place was clean. The AC is very loud and does not sufficiently cool the place. Because of the rattling noise the AC makes, sleeping in the den is impossible, and the bedroom is not large enough to open two twin rollout beds. The owner is very responsive on email.
We were able to walk or take a quick Lyft to anywhere downtown. The condo was very comfortable and clean.
We had a 4 day seminar at the Marriot and we prefer having our own apartment to staying in a hotel. We were two blocks away. We had to pay $20 a day for parking but it was just a half block away. When we had problems with checking in Mr. crum was immediately on the phone to give us the access code. The website said the concierge would have keys. She did not so make sure you get the code. Then a fob to let you in and out of the high rise was in the apartment. Mr Crum also solved our problem with the TV the next morning. Bring your own coffee.
Enjoyed my stay. Close to congress center and good restaurants within walking distance. Had dinner(s)at twin smokers, Max's coal fired pizza, Hudson grille, and alittle farther down the Vortex. All great food and beer. Condo was clean and nicely furnished. Would have liked 1-2 bottles of water in fridge when arrived late in evening, but still a nice stay. I would recommend in the future. Thanks
At this Condo I enjoyed the time and money saved for a one week stay during my music conference at Hyatt Regency . The condo was very convenient right downtown. Having the kitchen to cook in was a money saver as well. It was well appointed and had just about everything I needed. The condo even had a hair dryer, so I didn't need to bring one (although it does need to be dusted out so it won't burn out). It was overall acceptable in things being in order - however, I would have preferred to have had the drawers cleaned out (I ended up living out of my suitcase) and smaller details such as the blinds dusted, as part of a deep cleaning, but I never do that on my own so I can't talk :) As I realize that doing so (or not) might drive the rates up, I think I would prefer a more reasonable cost to even having this done, so I really hesitate even mentioning this not as important detail. I couldn't get the living room TV remote to work, but fortunately, there was a TV in the bedroom so it wasn't a big deal. Randall made an effort to get back to me about this and seemed concerned, so I appreciated that. Randall was very prompt in responding back to questions both before and during. The concierge was always there and helpful. I felt safe once inside the building (not quite as much in my walk from the train station - or even walking across the street to the hotel. Even though it was a short walk (to the train station) I would suggest always using Lyft going everywhere, incl. the airport, which is very reasonably priced and prompt (mention meeting them and any other kind of delivery on the side street that is parallel to the street right in front of the building (I can't remember the name of it) - near the parking lot entrance as there is no place to load or unload right in right in front of the building). I also recommend using Publix for grocery delivery (very convenient and delivery charge is reasonable), as the only other place near is at the CVS which has a limited, more expensive choice for groceries (no meat), as well as Lucky's Market which I heard is in a more sketchy part of town. All in all I had a great experience and would do it again, if given the opportunity. Thank you, Randall for offering your condo to all of us through Home Away.
Mr. Crum was great to work with, very nice condo. Condo is in a perfect location downtown.
Just needs parking voucher everything else was excellent
Great condo in a wonderful location! We could walk anywhere we wanted to go in downtown Atlanta! Beautifully furnished condo, very comfortable, a welcome retreat after very active days of exploring downtown Atlanta!
Wonderful stay, hope to stay there in the future
The location of the unit was very convenient to everything downtown, most even walkable. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Perfect location. Owner was prompt, a pleasure to deal with.
Very comfortable for me, seemed like a relatively safe urban area with restaurants for travelers nearby. 15 minute walk from CNN Center/Stadium. Felt relatively private, not quite as corporate as a hotel, good place to hunker down after business. A/C was billious, but I turned it off and didn't need it, with the ceiling fans being perfectly adequate (although I live in a hotter climate, so perhaps more local people acclimated here would need A/C). Marta is perhaps a block or two away.
We wouldn't be able to find a more perfect location than this apartment. The location is great; very close to everything. The apartment is clean and the owner is very responsive to our questions. Very cozy place - we really feel home. Definitely would stay in this apartment again in the future. Thank you so much.
This was my 5th year staying in this condo, for DragonCon it is located in the heart of Atlanta, where everything is happening. We enjoy coming here each year for DragonCon, we can go anywhere we want. The staff at the front desk, are very kind and willing to help out in anyway they can, the building is also secured . This is the best place to stay for the best money, we had a balcony and a small kitchen, compared to staying in a hotel where you have to pay for a mini refrigerator and a balcony. Thanks Randall, we are looking forward to next year. Julie
Close walk to all major sites and a short drive to the zoo. Parking was expensive! $20-$25 for a 24hr period. Would be convenient if owner could somehow incorporate that into the fee of your stay. Otherwise, no complaints and my children and I had a blast!
The condo was everything we imagined and more. The pictures does no justice. We were near many restaurants and things to do. The view from the patio was great, especially at night. The only downside (in which is out of the hands of Mr. Crum) was the parking. Even though there is a lot for Peachtree residents. I do not understand why at least one space is allocated for Mr. Crum. The nearby lots charged between $20-$30 for overnight parking (during the week, it's more on the weekend), this does not include in and outs. Also, paying that amount you would think the lot would be paved better and also have an attendant. I could have stayed at a nearby hotel for that amount and have access to come and go when I chose to. So if you stay and pay overnight parking, I highly suggest Uber or Lyft, because you will have to pay to park again at any other establishment. Other than that, the condo itself had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. Thank you Mr Crum. I would highly suggest this rental!! Diane T.
I enjoyed my 1st stay in Atlanta. My homeaway Condo was located close to all the Downtown attractions. The Condo was very nice and spacious just as pictured, but could use some updates and repairs. There were some minor issues like we couldn't get the TV in the front room to get more than 1 channel , could use a newer nice shower head , and the place was a little dusty. But despite that and the guy who lives right next door coming outside his unit voicing how tired he is of Homeaway people coming and going and making noise at our Condo( and we had just arrived 20 min earlier ) we enjoyed our stay.. Overall the Condo was in a nice quiet building where all the staff were very helpful . If it wasn't for the guy next door I would definitely stay here again.
Very nice building. The apt. is a bit dated but clean and has had some remodeling and updating. Friendly concierge at the door and within walking distance to many things. Several good/excellent restaurants within a block or two and the Marta station is very close.
Very nice view. The condo was very clean and condo had everything we needed. Hot water pressure in kitchen was low. Parking was kind of an issue so be prepared. Nice location. Overall we had a nice stay & I will rent again!
Easy and clear directions by the owner. Bed was comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Space heaters worked great. Only downside was having to pay $20 a night for parking when the advertisement said parking was included. That's part of the reason we chose this rental in the first place. The owner notified us parking wasn't provided but only after we booked. Should be fixed in advertisement. Otherwise we highly recommend this place.
This Condo is located right downtown! Very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Extremely clean! Very secure building! Have stayed here 2 times during the January Merchandise Mart. (The Merchandise Mart is located directly across the street!).
Two days before check in I was sent an email informing me that the couch bed was broke and there was a daybed in the closet I needed to use. Check in was made very difficult due to the concierge desk attendant. She had a poor attitude and was not in the mood to have me standing there asking questions. Parking was a nightmare as the spots I was suppose to be in were all taken and the "reserved" spots were off limits. Ended up having to pay to park in the lot next door. After "check-in" I could not get up to the property because only 1 out 3 elevators were operating and eight people were waiting well over 10 min. Once in the space the daybed was a twin. I booked the property for two couples( 4 adults) two of which now had no bed. Thankfully, I brought my own queen inflatable. The condo was clean and in order with all amenities described.
The condo is well maintained and tastefully decorated. Parking is very easy. We used the public parking right next to the property and used the side door for easy access. The common areas within the building are also well maintained. The porch has a good view of downtown Atlanta and it is only about half mile walk to the aquarium. The only thing that didn't work was the sleeper sofa; however, we saw a cot in the closet so it worked out even better. One of our girls used the sofa and the other used the cot. They liked their own space. Both check in and check out was easy. We enjoyed our stay at this property!
The apartment was accurately described on the site and very clean. The concierge was of great use and helped us in many ways. Mr. Crum was very professional and his response time was superb. I would recommend this condo to friends and family. It is reasonably priced and there aren’t any unnecessary fees. The furniture and décor was beautiful and very simplistic. The location is great and parking wasn’t an issue.
The manager was fantastic at addressing any question or needs I had. He made things very easy. The concierges and the people in the building are very nice. The parking spot is great. The King bed is super comfy. Has a nice kitchen with all of the essentials. There is a screened in balcony that's enjoyable and relaxing. The living room is cozy with a nice selection of TV channels. Overall it's a clean nice place to stay. So why 4/5 stars? The individual A/C units(one in bedroom and one in living) don't do a thing. The temperature when I arrived was comfy to a little warm. I immediately turned both units on high. The entire week the temperature never changed. So if you need it cold to sleep, it might be an issue during the warm months. I put my hand over the units to see if cold air was coming out. It was cold, but the air flow was as strong as a person exhaling. I'd say the temp inside the unit was between 72 and 75. There is no thermostat, but that's my guess. Anyway, great place if you can handle that temp.
The AC in both the living room and bedroom doesn't cool properly but Mr. Crum compensated me for my inconvenience. Over all the condo was great! It has full size appliances and a nice balcony. I would definitely stay there again! The staff were always warm and welcoming and very helpful if needed! Great place to stay, most everything is within walking distance.
My stay at Randall's condo for 2 weeks was a great experience. The condo was nice and clean, had all the amenities that I needed and was located close to many of Atlanta's main attractions, with a great view of the city at night. It was in a safe part of the city, and felt comfortable staying there by myself. Randall was attentive to all my questions and pre-move in concerns. Things worked out smoothly, the front desk people were always willing to assist and manned their post 24 hrs a day! If I have the opportunity to return to Atlanta, I will certainly check to see if Randall has availability in this condo!
We have stayed here 3 times and will stay here again. The condo is clean, comfy, nicely decorated, has all we need & the owner is great to work with.
This was my 4th year staying in this condo for DragonCon. Everything thing was in walking distance, we even walked to the Word of Coke one day, which is just a couple of blocks away. So much nicer than staying in one of the hotels, especially since we had our own kitchen, in a hotel if you want a small refrigerator you have to pay for it and you also have to pay per day for parking. It is all included in the price of the condo. The security staff at the condo is great, very helpful and friendly. We only had a couple of problems, the air conditioner in the living room did not put out much air and this is the second year the elevators did not work much at all, had to wait a lot. Over all we had a great time, looking forward to next year. FYI: The Chinese Restaurant next door is closed, but we found a hidden jem, across the street in the Suntrust Food Court, it is only open during the week, but if you do not want to walk far they have several different places to eat.
This Condo was well situated and very secure. We walked to GA Tech, all downtown attractions, and even to midtown eating and shopping areas. The interior is nicely updated but still retained plenty of original character. The conceirge was so lovely! Randall Crum was patient and responded quickly to all my questions. It was an amazing experience.
A perfectly located condo within walking distance to everything!! The parking pass was awesome and we never had to drive anywhere! Checking in and out was a breeze and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The condo was very comfortable and perfect for us. We loved the balcony at night, especially seeing the fireworks from Centennial Park. We will definitely be back !!!
We enjoyed our stay at Randall's condo. We came to Atlanta specifically to take our kids to Georgia Aquarium, and it was quite the thrill for the kids to see it right off the balcony! This condo tower is located a short walk (literally) from the Aquarium, as well as other attractions we did not visit. In an unfamiliar town, this was such a gift---being able to walk down the street easily to the aquarium (which by the way, is amazing and you should visit!). The concierge was on duty at all times which was nice. We also ate at Fat Matt's Rib Shack (so good) and a pizza place off Ponce De Leon and these were easy to access, maybe 5-6 miles from the condo. The parking permit was very helpful, knowing we had an easy place to return the car to, but you could also just walk to many things. We had a sick child during the visit and a CVS is walking distance away and an urgent care clinic was on Ponce De Leon. Starbucks is nearby as well (crucial!). The condo is well-appointed and had everything we needed for the stay. Unfortunately, because of the building's age, the air conditioning was not super-cool when we arrived in early evening in late June. To Randall's credit, he was very responsive and had actually just had his A/C serviced only days before. It's the building's integrated system that is to blame and not him. It did cool down as the ambient temperature cooled down, and we slept comfortably. Thanks for a lovely visit to Atlanta!
This property and location was ideal for my graduation trip with my girlfriend. The condo itself has been updated and is very comfortable. We enjoyed the screened in balcony and the views especially at night. The owner Mr. Crum allowed us to check in early simply because the unit was not used the previous night and this was a great accommodation because we arrived in town around 1pm. Overall I would definitely stay here again because it has all the essentials needed for you to have an amazing trip and stay.
This was a great condo to stay in. My husband and I went to Atlanta for our 5 year anniversary. The location was great. We were able to walk to all the bug attractions, like the aquarium and the college football hall of fame. We did go to a Braves game as well, but the drive was very short. The condo itself was very nice. The only thing we might would like to see improved is the air conditioning. We had it on high, but it still got very warm, especially in the bedroom at night. Overall, this was a great place to stay and very reasonably priced!
Great location, very comfortable. Just make sure you know the unit number before you arrive. This caused us a little trouble when we were trying to check in. Also, be prepared to pay a good bit for parking. I highly recommend this condo!
I rented this apartment for a surprise weekend in Atlanta for my husbands birthday. The apartment was very clean and in a perfect location. It was close to restaurants and other area attractions. We loved having a full kitchen because we were able to pack snacks and bottled waters. We would defiantly stay here again!
This property is very clean and well kept. The location is great. There are many restaurants and attractions nearby.
The Condo was perfect. Check - in was very easy, front desk staff were very nice and extremely helpful. Loved the location - it was fantastic having parking included and laundry in the downstairs. Hope to stay here again January 2017.
I love this place, this is the third year we have stayed here for Dragon Con, and it is so much better than staying in a hotel. Everything you might want to do is either in walking distance or a trip on Marta. So glad that parking was already included in the price, because if you had to stay in one of the hotels around here, well let's just say you would be shelling out a lot of dough. The security team is great and they inform you of places you might want to go to. I love what you have done to the bedroom, it slept just fine to us. The water pressure is not good, but we managed. I do wish they could repave the parking lot. Looking forward to 2016 Dragon Con. Thanks Randall for letting us stay in your condo!
This was our second stay at this condo, and again, we were very happy with the condo itself and its proximity to the Convention Center, Georgia Dome and downtown attractions and restaurants. So much better than staying at a hotel! We hope to return!
3 things would give this very nicely located condo 5 stars: 1) better air conditioning, 2) stronger water pressure in the bathroom, and 3) new pillows for the bed. With these improvements, the condo would receive 5 stars from every visitor. It is located perfectly in downtown Atlanta. All of the best attractions can be reached walking in 10-15 minutes or less. It is very quiet and clean; much better than a hotel which by the way will cost you more in this area than this condo. Check in was simple and parking was in the lot next door.
Our stay was nice. I stayed with my husband and teenage son. The rooms were clean. The water pressure was noticeably light, but not enough to really complain about. Location is excellent as everything was in walking distance. Great value.
Overall the place was perfect. Much better than staying in a hotel where all rooms look alike. We did have a few issues. First off my name was not on the list to pick up my key so that delayed us for near an hour. However, the owner fixed the problem as soon as I made contact with him. There was also an extremely slick spot on the hardwood from im guessing to much polish. We had to lay a towel down over that. The only other thing was the water pressure which only bothered the wife. As for the pluses, you cant beat the location. We walked to world of coke/aquarium, college football HOF, and my favorite pizza place Rosa's. The bed is very comfortable and the place feels like you could live there. Also everyone I met inside was very nice. I would stay again. Lastly, the parking can be confusing and we drove past the lot several times. It is the very first lot past the condo on the right side of Baker St.
The parking was the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. Comcast was parked in the 2 spaces available for check-in then I had to move my vehicle again because of the garbage truck. The building should have more spaces available since a lot of these units are rentals. The location was excellent, we walked to the World of Coke, Centennial Park (Ferris Wheel) and to a Hawks game at Phillips Arena. The unit was clean, everyone we encountered in the building was friendly. I would recommend this unit, within walking distance to so many things Atlanta has to offer. Randall the owner is excellent, always responded to all my questions the same day.
I am going to echo everyone else's sentiments. This is a great place to stay! Excellent proximity to several of the cites. It was safe, clean & comfortable. The shower does have low water pressure & we did have a problem getting our parking pass the night we came due to the concierge desk fax machine being down, so we parked for $10 down the street. So I would suggest for you as the customer to email the owner a few days before your arrival, so maybe the parking pass could be emailed directly to you.
I really enjoyed staying at this condo. I work at the mart and was really pleased at how close it was. My husband and I have stayed in Atlanta for work for 20 years and this was our favorite place.
This location fit our needs perfectly. The location is ideal, within walking distance to many attractions. The owner is quick to respond to any questions, and the condo is clean and well equipped. The rental process was easy and without any glitches. We were in town awaiting the birth of our grandson, and he arrived while we were there! We will definitely stay there again when we come to Atlanta. Thank you Randall!
We had a great stay, in this very clean, well equipped condo. The owner was quick to respond to any questions i had doing the stay. Good location, close to many attractions, 2 blocks from the MARTA, plenty of stores, and restaurants. This was so much better, then booking a high priced hotel, where you are stuck in a room with a bed. Extremely good internet access, plenty of towels, blankets, it felt as good as home. Thank you again Randal,
Randle the owner of the condo was outstanding. I had a slight problems at check in. He took care of it immediately. The condo was clean, well equipped and secured. It was walking distance to the Coca Cola, Atlanta aquarium, and CNN all less than a mile. I will definitely stay there again if needed.
Excellent condo, very clean and looks just like picture on vrbo. Easy access to downtown Atlanta, Georgia. Within walking distance of various attractions. The owner Randall very helpful.
This was our second year staying in your condo for Dragon Con! Great location to everything, so close to all of the activities and restaurants. We especially enjoyed the Chinese restaurant located next to the building. Everyone in the condo complex was very friendly. This condo has everything you would want, home away from home. Thanks again for letting us stay here. Looking forward to many returns in the future.
Thank you Randall for a great stay. The location is perfect and the apartment was well equipped. Easy walk to several attractions and the MARTA. Short walk across the street to Corner Bakery for breakfast was really nice.
My 18 year old son and I took a trip to Atlanta and lucked out finding this condo. We arrived earlier than the check in and were able to have early access (thank you!). I had read the previous reviews about the location, but I had no idea how close this was to everything we wanted to see and do. It is right in the heart of the tourist district with the World of Coke, CNN and the Centennial Olympic park just a 5 minute walk away. The MARTA station is even closer, I couldn't have asked for a better location. The condo itself is cute and comfortable with recent upgrades, comfortable furniture and modern decor. The people in the building were very friendly, we were never on the elevator where we didn't receive a "good morning" or "have a good day" from the tenants in the building. Other reviews stated that the water pressure was low - it worked fine for us. Our only issue was that the sofa bed was broken, my son was able to sleep on the couch (luckily it was a long couch, he is 6'2) - but he wasn't comfortable enough to to sleep well. The owner said that he would be replacing the sofa bed - if you are looking to use the sofa bed, I would ensure that it has been fixed/replaced. I highly recommend this propertly - for the location, the value and the comfort!
Lovely condo right on Peachtree Street! Older building but well maintained. Bathroom could use a fresh paint job and water levels were a little low, but it was clean. The owner was great at responding to requests. I would recommend this property to others.
Clean, nicely updated, located in downtown Atlanta and within walking distance of everything. This unit was exactly as described. Building staff were friendly and had good suggestions. I enjoyed my stay.
We stayed here for several days at New Years with our 9 year old. Excellent location, nicely renovated; Randall's place is very clean. Perfect size for a couple and a child. We walked to CNN, World of Coke, Aquarium, dining. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We ran into some problems using the parking pass ( all spots were full) , but you can use the lot next door for $5 and move the car in the morning if necessary. Check with Randall that the pullout bed has been fixed if you need sleeping for more than two, guests before us had broken one leg of the the mattress and it would not support an adult. Overall, a great choice in Downtown Atlanta!
I recently stayed in this unit over a four day New Years Eve vacation with my girlfriend and it was perfect for us. Within walking distance to the aquarium, world of coca-cola, Tabernacle concert venue (our reason for choosing this condo), and the marta. The concierge staff is super friendly and helpful as well. The condo itself has a great view from the balcony, great kitchen with everything needed to avoid eating out every night (super nice publix grocery store is only a quick trip on the marta). Only downfall about this unit is the water pressure…Other than that, it beats staying in a hotel and having to pay those ridiculous taxes!!!
Unit was impeccably clean and comfortable in a decent neighborhood. Well-equipped kitchen. Location couldn't be more convenient for visitors - walk to many attractions, short drive/ride to many others. HVAC system was slow to get up to speed but portable heaters took up the slack in the meantime. TV was not easy to figure out, but we didn't miss it. Concierges were helpful. Will probably stay there again when we return to Atlanta.
My daughter and I stayed here during our first time in Atlanta. We had a great time despite the cold weather. The condo has a great location, and is in walking distance to many attractions like the Georgia Aquarium, CNN Center, and the convenience of a CVS. We felt safe within the building and the concierge was very helpful. Having a parking pass was definitely a plus. The few problems we encountered were minor such as not having a can opener, a few bugs, and low water pressure. Overall the condo was great and very comfortable, much better than staying in a hotel without a kitchen.
This condo was just right for our small family. (Husband and me. Adult daughter joined us for one evening). It was just a couple blocks from Coke, the Aquarium and the Olympic fountain park. CNN was also in walking distance. MARTA station very close too. I would not go out alone at night in this area, though we did not encounter any problems. We had a friendly homeless fellow chat us up once. I saw evidence of some drug activity in the area. However, I imagine that this could be in any urban area. Everything was as described in the listing. The owner answered my questions before I rented and clarified things for me. I enjoyed having the porch to sit on and sip my coffee in the mornings. Kitchen was very nice, too. Concierges were great. Having the parking pass saved us a lot of money too. The brewery/restaurant on the next block was very good, and there was a 24 hour CVS a couple blocks away that sells everything (groceries). MANY taxis available, as you are across corner from huge hotel. Only negatives were poor water pressure along with very soft water (made rinsing shampoo difficult for long hair) , unclear directions on radiators, and a few bugs. And, if you were cooking meals, only one stool for eating at kitchen bar (no dining table), so a second stool would be nice. All in all a very good deal!
Wow, this condo provided everything that you would have in your own home! I even brought a toaster, thinking they would not have one, I was wrong. It is well stocked, very clean and very comfortable. The patio is great, I liked going out there at night and looking at the lights of Atlanta. The staff at the condo always had a upbeat attitude, friendly and willing to help. The condo is located near everything you would want to do in downtown Atlanta. Sure, glad I found this place for DragonCon, just a few steps away from my from all of the hotels. The best part was I did not have to fight the crowds of getting to my room, like everyone staying in the hotels had to. We did have a small issue with the water pressure, not very good, but we dealt with it. Overall, this is a great condo and I look forward to staying here again.
My husband and I were attending a convention, so were happy to find a great place to stay in a safe area within walking distance to the Georgia Dome, Convention Center, etc. The condo was really nice - very clean, lots of room, comfortable bed and provided everything we needed in the way of cleaning and toiletries supplies, dishes, utensils, sheets, towels, etc. We enjoyed the screened-in balcony and the view of the city from the 12th floor. We would definitely like to stay there again in the future!
This unit was a great choice for my family. It was very clean and slept 3 adults with no problem. Was able to walk to the Auqarium and World of Coke just three blocks from the unit. Zoo Atlanta was just 15 minutes away and the Six Flags White Water Park was 30 minutes away. Hard Rock Cafe two blocks away. Will definitely stay here again if I ever need to be in Atlanta and I will definitely tell friends and family traveling to Atlanta to stay in this unit.
Overall, a very nice location that was well located downtown. The condo is clean and much more spacious than staying in a hotel. The only thing that kept it from being and excellent review was the water pressure which was extremely low (likely no fault of the owner). It made for what we called "slow motion showers". Hopefully the condo owner can resolve the issue with the building owner. Despite this, we definitely enjoyed staying here.
My husband and I travel to ATL a few times a year for business – we discovered Randall condo last year October and this is definitely without a doubt our new home away from home. This is our second time staying at Randall place and I must say – from our first initial contact with Randall and all others since has ALWAYS been pleasant. This unit is very CHARMING, SUPER COMFORTABLE, COZY & PRIVATE. It was sooooooooooo comfortable that I missed a couple meetings just lazing around and totally forgot about the time. The bed is very comfortable and allows you to get a good night rest. Unit is fully stocked – from everything you could need in the kitchen to a linen closet filled with extra towels of different sizes, to bathroom cabinet stocked down to Lysol disinfectant spray for those like me who disinfect EVERYTHING :-). Appliances are all new and work well – he even provides detergent for the dish washer which makes things very convenient – just stack dishwasher and start so you can carry on with your day. You have fully stocked coffee, teas, and creamers, salt, pepper –OK YOU GET THE PICTURE – HE THOUGHT OF EVERYTHING FOR YOU!!! Outside of a baking pan to prevent drips in the oven – YOU NEED NOTHING BUT YOUR TOOTH BRUSH AND CLOTHES. Randall makes everything very convenient for us – parking been include in his price is one of the main thing that made us select his unit the first time around, the second time around and here on after will be comfort and the awesome service that Randall provides; and the price combination with what you receive in this unit CANNOT BE BEAT!!! I have stayed at other unit even in this same building and they don’t come close to what Randall offer. AWESOME PLACE RANDALL—YOU ROCK!!! Thanks again for another wonderful stay – before we discovered Randall place we normally stay at the Westin but they have not seen us since Randall. As long as Randall has openings this will be our HOME AWAY FROM HOME WHENEVER WE VISIT ATLANTA…AWESOME CONDO – YOU WILL NOT REGRET STAYING HERE.
This apartment could not of been better. It was so clean and well kept. It was located within walking distance of tons of stuff we did with our kids including the World of Coke, The Aquarium and CNN. We will stay here everytime we come to Atlanta.!
This unit was great! From the time I contacted Randall for a quote to my departure email, I had a great experience! I traveled from Washington, DC to meet up with some friends in ATL for a girls weekend. There were four of us total. I was delayed by traffic for my arrival but Randall made it possible on relatively short notice for my friend to check in, instead of me. When I finally arrived I thought a parking pass was not in the welcome envelope because that is what my friend shared with me. Randall responded immediately to my email and said he would look into were the pass was, but offered a recommendation for parking and said he would reimburse me. Luckily I located the pass after I double checked the envelope but I appreciated his offer. The condo was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. We arrived Friday evening and checked out Sunday afternoon. Each morning we cooked a large brunch. The kitchen had everything we needed basically. I would say the only thing missing was just a baking pan, but we had aluminum foil so that was not an issue for us. It was cold and storming on Saturday so instead of checking out the local surroundings we lounged around all day in the living room watching our favorite tv show on the large flat screen and enjoying use of the free wifi. :-) The lobby was charming and the staff at the front were great as well. I had a friend come visit to catch up. I did not wish to invite them up to the condo so I utilized the sitting area in the lobby which was perfect. The bed was very comfortable in the bedroom. The bathroom was very clean and nice. All the linens were provided so we did not have to worry about bringing our own towels. The screened in patio was an absolute charm. We did not get to spend as much time as we hoped out there only because it was chilly, but we did get some good photos out there. :-) All in all I had a GREAT time at this condo. It was much better than staying at a hotel. Whenever I even think of traveling to ATL, Randall will be the very first person I contact. You will NOT be disappointed in your stay.
The condo has a cool retro feel to it. The Owner and cleaner were great. There were some small issues but were responded to very quickly and efficiently.I would definitely stay at the condo in the future and will be recommending it to my friends. It was worth every cent!!
I got to the condo Sunday evening and was a little skeptical at first, The concierge was so nice and very helpful. I went up to the condo and I just want to let you know the pictures does not do it justice. Don't get me wrong the pictures are nice, but it might leave you a little skeptical. It has been 1 of the most cozy condo's I have stayed in, in awhile. I felt like I was in my little cabin in the city. Everything was the perfect size. It is such a GREAT place to stay for a mini vacation, or as I call it staycation. I absolutely loved it. I was COMPLETELY SATISFIED
I traveled to a conference that was held across the street, at the Hyatt Hotel. It was just wonderful not to have to stay in a hotel room, and to be able to stay at this condominium instead. I loved having a kitchen and living room--it felt homey rather than sterile, as a hotel room often can feel. The updates to the kitchen and bathroom are very nicely done. The bedroom and bed are super comfortable, as was the living room. The location of the building was nothing short of fabulous, not only for the conference but also for taking the MARTA train to and from the airport. Overall, I had an exceptional experience! I would note, however, that the Peachtree Towers are an older property, so the hallways felt dated and stood in sharp contrast to the condominium, itself, which does feel new.
What a find!!! My sister and I stayed in this condo for the January, 2013 gift market at Americasmart. So close to market we parked the car and walked everywhere. Could not have asked for a better place to stay. Loved having more room than the pricier hotels where we had stayed before. Front desk attendants were very helpful. We wanted to book for July market, but someone beat us to it. Hope they enjoy it as much as we did. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in the downtown area. Conveniently located. Definitely would staty here again.
Randall has thought of it all! This condo is modern, stylish and convenient to downtown. Walking distance to everything and FREE parking! We are Falcons season ticket holders who live in Florida so this was the find of the season! We have stayed in another unit in the same building and this unit trumps the other, hands down. We will be back. Quick responses to any questions by the owner. Overall, A+ rental!
The condo was comfortably furnished and comfortable for our stay. The parking was included and was a huge benefit for this area of town. Easily accessible to MARTA and many downtown attractions. Quiet building too.
Rental was well kept and had a great view of Atlanta. Very close to everything. We enjoyed our stay!
Wanted a place close to the aquarium for convenience and this was perfect. Everything was as explained and felt like home. Saved money by having the ability to cook when we wanted although there was plenty of places to dine out close. Convientient parking and secure building. Thank you for offering such a nice place.
great place, great location, visited the seaquarium, never used the car, food restaurants very close 5 stars
We had a good visit. The listing was spot on. The condo was very clean. No weird smells, no sickening air fresheners either, just clean. Bed was verrrry comfortable, sheets were fresh and soft. The sound of the air conditioner helped cover up the street noise. Closet had good space to hang clothes. Bathroom was small but functional. Kitchen is nice, no problems cooking breakfast. Nice tv, DVD set up. We took one night to stay home and watch a redbox movie, very cozy and comfortable!
Immediate response to any questions that I had. I was able to change my dates at least minute notice and he made this transition very simple. When I entered the condo I did not want to leave. I want to book for another week. The pictures of this condo do not do it justice. It is extremely clean, has plenty of linens, and nice view from balcony. The staff at the desk are very inviting and more than willing to help you if you have any questions. The other tenants are also very nice and welcoming during your stay. One last thing parking was included which saved us over 100.00 for the week. The title says it all because I love, love, loved this condo. Thanks for everything!
We had a wonderful visit for Dragon-Con this year, thanks greatly in part to this condo. It was a nice, relaxing oasis away from the craziness of the convention. The place was beautiful, well maintained, and comfortable. Food and attractions were within a short walking distance. The owner was extremely helpful with all my questions. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting downtown Atlanta.
This apartment is actually quite spacious for three people. Very nice kitchen and multimedia system. Very clean! If I visit Atlanta again, this is the place to stay! Big thanks to the owner!
Condo was clean. Amazing location. Perfect for discovering Atlanta
Excellent location - it actually can't be better. Building is secured, clean, everyone is very pleasant. Safe parking. Unit is well maintained, nicely decorated, comfortable, has everything needed for a short stay. All together - very pleasant experience. If ever come back to Atlanta, will stay here again.
In a word.....Spectacular. From the booking, to the location, to the furnishings, to the resturants and sights within just steps of your door. This is THE PLACE TO STAY in Atlanta. The condo is even better than pictured. Hard Rock Cafe, Hooters, Durango Steakhouse and Rays in the city are just one block up the street. You can see the world of coca cola and the Aquarium from your private balcony. The staff in the building were great. I am telling all my friends this is where they should stay. It beats any hotel room in Atlanta!
I came down to Atlanta on vacation, and was very pleased with my choice of temporary residence. It is within walking distance of most attractions. Once I figured out the MARTA (public transit) I rode any place that wasn't within walking distance. I felt very safe staying here. I was traveling alone, and had one of the best vacations of my life! If you want to be in the middle of it all, rent this place.
The condo is located in an excellent location - we walked to everything (CNN tour, Aquarium, World of Coke, Atlanta Underground). This place was well maintained and very clean. The owner always responded very quickly to my questions. Everything exactly as described and even better! I would stay again here for sure. Thank you!
This rental unit was even better than expected! The owner left clear directions of getting in and out of property. The parking lot was right next to building; which was a quick walk in and out to the car. The room was very clean and well kept. The unit was bigger than expected after looking at photographs of the unit on-line. The bar was nice to have and the kitchen was nice with stainless steel appliances, and granite. Most attractions were in walking distance. If not, then we took the Marta transportation system, especially for shopping excursions. We were very pleased with our overall stay. Next time I'm in Atlanta; I'd definately try to stay at this unit again.
The rental was is superb condition. I recommend you staying here because the owner definitely takes great pride in this u it. The building offer safe entries and exits and parking. This rental was in walking distance to the aquarium, the Georgia Dome and many other amenities. I was quite impressed and would definitely rent this unit again.
Great condo in downtown Atlanta! Wonderful location. Very clean, updated and nicely decorated. Plenty of towels, sheets, dishes & cooking utensils! Convenient to great restaurants and activities. I would stay here again! The description of the condo is very accurate and the photos reflect the condo. The owner was very responsive. I would recommend this condo to friends and relatives visiting Atlanta. I was on business so I did not attend any activities. I recommend the following restaurants: "Room" at the Twelve hotel & Alma Cocina next to the Ritz.
My family had a wonderful stay in this condo for Passion Conferences in Jan. Very clean, comfortable, and stocked well. Memory foam mattress was nice. It is an easy walk to the Georgia Dome/Phillips Arena area and we felt safe even walking late at night as we returned home (after 11 PM) each night during our stay. Lovely views at night from high in the sky!! The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. The concierge staff was friendly and it did feel safer with the staffed entrance.
Nice condo. Good location.
Nice spot in a nice location. Centrally located to everything! It was my little home away from home. Very quiet building. Excellent view of city from most of the windows in the unit.
My husband & I had decided to go to Atlanta for a concert and had no idea about Atlanta; had never been and really didn't have any care to go. When I needed to find somewhere to stay, I went to VRBO.com and found a few in Peachtree Towers. I'm really glad I choose this particular condo because it was very well kept. I loved all the decor, size even the smell of it as I walked in! It felt so homey to us and by the time we left, we were in love with Atlanta. The condo is centrally located, we only drove our car to the Bass Pro Shops and to the Braves field, that was amazing to us! I will definitely stay here again & will recommend to others as well! Thanks!!
Very nice condo in a great location. Would not hesitate to stay there again.
Stayed 4 nights for Medtrade convention. Condo was very clean and furnished comfortably. Screened porch was very nice to drink your morning coffee. Very close to several nice restaurants including Hard Rock. I would recommend Durango's. Great food and service. I see mentioned in other reviews having problems with connecting to the Internet. I brought my wifi iPad and I had no issues with surfing the web and sending emails. Security is great and the front desk is very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay again. Owner answered all my questions in a timely manner and we had a great stay!
A comfortable and convenient location to be sure. A bit tricky in finding intial parking (sign in) location. It would help if there were written instructions for use of TV remotes, etc. Wireless Internet signal didn't work - had to use a very weak open alternative option. Concierge service was A+. Everyone we met on elevator, lobby, etc were maximum freindly.
Two of us stayed in the Peachtree Towers condo for a 5-day trip to Atlanta. Upon arrival we were very impressed with how clean and inviting the condo was (espcially the outdoor screened, tile balcony). This condo location couldn't have been any better - we ended up walking everywhere, even though we also had a car during our stay. We walked to all the "tourist" points listed in the property details, and in addition, walked to The Fox Theatre to see the touring production of Wicked. Midtown is the only area I would say is not within walking distance, but the MARTA station is only a two block walk. Getting onto major freeways is a breeze if you do need to commute to another destination in the greater Atlanta area (we drove to Turner Field in a matter of mere minutes). Overall, we were very happy with our choice and would definitely consider staying here on a future trip to Atlanta - as others have mentioned the condo building staff members were very friendly and security was great. There were only two negative experiences that we encountered, and both were not deal breakers by any means - 1) we had issues with the wireless internet connection - although we could connect to the network using the password supplied, the web browser would never load the web page. I will say I didn't attempt to contact the owner - instead we jumped on a nonsecured network briefly, when needed. 2) The parking was a little confusing - the permit parking is actual part of a public parking lot, and unlike the instructions indicated, all spots in the lot (even in the monthly permit section) were numbered. Since we were advised not to park in a numbered spot we were unsure of whether we would be in violation, but as it turned out, parking in the numbered spot in the monthly permit designated area was fine (though there was only ONE spot in the monthly permit section when we arrived). If you are looking for a convenient getaway, this place is definitely worth the consideration!
My fiancé and I stayed here for a weekend getaway with some friends. Condo is in an ideal location! Loved having all of the amenities like a fully stocked kitchen, fridge, and plenty of room to move around. The condo exceeded all my expectations and the price is unbeatable. Location was wonderful for everything we needed. A little piece of heaven in the middle of ATL! Can't wait to go back!!
I travel three times a year to the Atlanta area, and this was my first time staying at this condo. It exceeded my expectations, Cable tv on a nice flat screen with all the amenities of home. Nice 100% cotton towels and bedsheets, the place was clean and I was really impressed with the security, The security guards were very professional and courteous. The owner assured me the next time he will have coffee/tea etc for the quests. Really impressed with the professionlism of the security gurards, I felt like I was really secured and protected. Can't wait to get back!
Went out for work on extended stay, had family with me. The location is within walking distance to MARTA, and right in the middle of downtown. I was able to go to work and leave them the car. The unit itself was well furninshed with all utensils and updated decor. We walked to aquarium, world of coke, cnn, olympic park. Owner was responsive to any needs we had.
I chose this location after discovering hotel rooms were booked for a convention and ended up very happy with this choice. It was an shorter walk than anticipated to listed attractions such as the aquarium as well as being very close to restaurants, drug stores and convention hotels such as Hilton and Marriott. I happily left the car parked until departure. Concierge staff were friendly and helpful at check-in and parking was conveniently located behind and beside building. Kitchen well stocked for routine use. Plenty of linens and cleaning supplies. Minor suggestions would include adding a tea kettle and adjusting a stiff deadbolt. I would stay there again for business or vacation travel.
This condo worked out great for us! It was a very nice property in a perfect location for our needs. It was everything that we expected and was as advertised. Clean, pleasant, comfortable, convenient and in safe surroundings are all words we would use to describe the experience we had. We would not hesitate to recommend this property.
Extremely happy with the location and accommodations. It really felt like a home away from home.
Excellent location for downtown business. Beautiful condo and excellent communication with owner...
This was for me a great experience the apartment was really comfortable I went with my husband and my little boy and we have a great time in Atlanta, everything were a walking distance, there great parks near to the children, the peachtree st. Is plenty of restaurants and shops, the apartment was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, we have everything to prepare a meal, you don't need a car at all, actually you have Marta just crossing the street, the concierge and the people in general in the building were really friendly and nice and Mr. Crum was very kind. I am very happy for have chosen it.
Great place to stay!
My daughter and I had a perfect stay at this condo. It is extremely clean, almost exactly as pictured but even better in person. We didn't spend much time in the condo as we were out and about so much, but it was the perfect place to return to after our busy days. Quiet corner unit, very nice balcony we used and enjoyed. Convenient location, concierge staff were kind and helpful.
I enjoyed my stay at the property. The building staff as well as the owner were very helpful. The room has a nice view of downtown. It was clean and had all the small things you need, will definitely stay again!!
Very nice , great security! We enjoyed our stay and loved being close to everything. Thanks!
We stayed 3 nights in this condo & really enjoyed it. The owner was easy to work with. The condo was clean & had everything we needed. Compared to hotels in this area you cannot beat it & you don't have to pay the extra expense for parking. I have recommended this condo in the past & will do so again!
Plus - Walking distance to everything. Tons of restaurants, peachtree center, world of coke, aquarium. Peaceful, hardly anyone coming and going....didn't hear anyone once inside the condo. Very clean. The view is awesome. Cons - Bed was not very comfortable. There is a Keurig, but no pods for coffee. The water pressure is not very good. Overall, far better than a hotel and priced right. I would stay here again.
We had a great time, we were there for the basketball and world of coke, less than 10 minutes walk from the apartment and CVS and good restaurants minutes away. Great value. p.s please follow the institution to help the next guest check-in.
My husband and I and our two young adult children stayed at this nice apartment for several days. Even though it is a small place, it makes up for it by being very centrally located. It is steps to the Children's Museum, Centennial Park and other great attractions and restaurants. I highly recommend Alma Cocina for expensive but wonderful Spanish food. We also had great steaks at Max Lagers', just steps away! The area is full of friendly and lively people. We loved sitting out on the porch and watching the sun go down. We really had no trouble with one bedroom and bathroom for four people. The owner made sure that we had the inflatable bed available so my son did not have to sleep with his sister. A great time was had by all and we will rent here again, someday!!!
Condo was nice and quite also in a good location. Only negative needed a mat in the bathtub can I say Slippery! Overall enjoyed our stay, great communication with owner. Thank you
Stayed a week in this place. Loved it...easy location to everything. Not to mention, the attractions located in walking distance. The cable box was damaged upon arrival. But the owner did everything within is his power to result it. It took 2 days before the cable was working..but it was due to the cable company-no fault of the owner. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a comfy place without the high price tag in downtown ATL.
Me and my besties stayed here for halloween and we loved it. Very clean besides the bugs comming up from the drain the place was great. Very convient and close to ao much. We will be back in the summer looking to do a whole month rental :) Lovin Atl! RANDALL IS GREAT ALSO....VERY PATIENT AND HONEST! UR PLACE PROVIDED A GREAT TRIP FOR US!
