We offer you a great one bedroom and one bathroom condo with a balcony. Walking distance to all major venues and famous Atlanta sites. Great for vacation, work, relaxation, or all the above. We provide a clean and simplistic area to accommodate you. Our home provides all your basic needs. WIFI is available. Our fully functional kitchen is great for whipping up a meal for a night in or simply your morning breakfast routine.
This condo was perfectly located in the middle of it all. Drove from airport (that we could have used Uber) and walked everywhere we needed and wanted. Spent a week and never ate at the same restaurant twice or had a disappointing meal. The condo was clean, comfortable and has all the comforts of home. Thanks for making our visit so pleasant.
We enjoyed the apartment. Easy access to the room. No fuss. Parking is expensive, you can park at the apartment for $30 per day or in the garage right next door for $20 per day. Clean. Nice furniture. Would certainly rent again.
We stayed in Atlanta for a weekend getaway. The condo was very clean, quiet, and we loved the balcony with the view. Parking was a concern but we found a spot in the lot directly next to the building and paid $30/day. The lot never seemed overly full, so there were many spots. We were close to many restaurants, bars and attractions, so we just walked or took an uber. Location was wonderful!
My husband and I stayed at this downtown condo for four nights. We attend a Falcons game, visited the Atlanta Aquarium, Football Hall of Fame and so much more. We walked to most locations and were able to Uber with ease to others. Check in/out was easy as well as parking. Owner was extremely responsive.
Gabrielle was accommodating and available. The condo was clean and featured all the amenities that we needed. We had a wonderful trip to Atlanta, busy exploring during the day with nightlife entertainment! Coming back to the condo felt like home. The bed was very comfortable, making it easy to sleep in! We would certainly come back or recommend to a friend!
Condo was perfect for our market work trip! Large tv in living room and bedroom! Amazing view from the balcony! The only thing I would suggest is a full size mirror somewhere as the only mirror was in the bathroom.
I really enjoyed my stay, especially the centralized location to downtown activities and the balcony. Concierge staff were excellent.
My wife and I took a quick getaway to spend a couple days in Atlanta. The unit was great. Nice building. The unit was surprisingly quite for a downtown location. We did not get a car this trip but there was plenty to do within a short walk or jumping on the MARTA which was only a couple of blocks away. Gaby was fantastic and gave us some great recommendations!
This apartment was very nice and comfortable. The location is close to everything down town. We had a nice stay!
Nice condo in a great location with a beautiful view of downtown. Would definitely stay here again.
We had a great experience booking, arriving and staying in this unit. The location is in short walking distance to all the attractions and restaurants. The unit is decorated nicely and has all of the ammenities you need. Pro: comfy master bed Large living area with plenty of seating, Great city view from the charming balcony, Feeling of safety Parking at AAA deck a few steps away. The price is great. The owner was very easy to work with. Cons: the pullout sofa was very uncomfortable and the mattress cover was visably soiled with hair and crumbs. ( we just had a kid sleep on the couch rather than the pullout.) The laundry card was missing. (Didn't need it)
Within walking distance of the World Congress Center
The owner was very quick to get back to me when requesting this property which I greatly appreciated because we were evacuating from a hurricane. The building was easy to find but parking was NOT. The unit was overall clean. Mattress was too soft for me and would have liked to have wi-fi. All in all we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
The apartment was great. It was close to everything we needed and was very comfortable.
Our family of 4 stayed during June 2016. Owner was great to communicate with. The Peachtree condo's felt safe and the front desk staff were beyond friendly. We are an on the go family so we basically were out and about all day and the condo was a perfect relaxing spot to come back to . The bug free screened in porch was awesome and the view was even better! Condo was basically clean, found a few things not up to par. Very family friendly, no knick knacks for anyone to knock over and has all your basic needs. Kitchen was handy, I made breakfast everyday and dinner a few nights. Not too many sheet pans or pots but I made it work. As far as furniture, let me just say the pullout couch is horrible. My 11 year is about 100 lbs and was NOT a happy camper. That couch needs to be replaced as soon as possible. The bed in the bedroom was okay. Let me also tell you, this is an older building and there is only one bathroom kinda right in the middle of the condo with no fan, so if you are travelling with anyone other than family, and its your time to go number 2, and you embarrass easy, then..... bring some room spray!! There is a blowup mattress but we didn't use it. There is no wifi, I repeat there is no wifi.(even though the ad says there is) It would connect then disconnect within seconds, I tried to do some work from my tablet and had to use alot from my own data plan. Cable kinda stunk too, but there are some movies and a dvd player. Condo is within walking distance to most attractions. We walked to the aquarium, coca cola factory and a museum. Just do your homework and use google map to plan your stay because parking is a you know what?!!!! Parking is not included so make sure to factor that in to your stay. There is a parking lot right behind the condo which is convenient but it could be up to $25 for 24 hours. I did a little research and found a church nearby that has free parking on sundays until 1pm. Overall, we would stay here again. Way better than a hotel and at a great price!
The property was extremely nice & the perfect location. Walking distance to several restaurants & shopping! Everything we needed was provided as far as extra towels & sheets. The condo was clean & comfortable & the view from the balcony was perfect & so beautiful at night. Only issue we had was parking & the prices. Unfortunately we had to pay $20 per day for overnight parking that we were not happy about. (We were aware of having to pay for parking, just didnt realize it would be so expensive) if the owner could possibly provide free parking passes to their guests that would be fantastic!!! Other than that we enjoyed our stay & would stay again
The property was clean and cozy, felt like home. The location was awesome close to everything. The view was great, had a small table and chair out on the balcony space to sit out and eat and enjoy. The property owner was very pleasant when I spoke to her. It had everything you would need. I definitely plan to stay again in the near future.
Condo was clean and well equipped. Just enough room for 2 people and loved the outside balcony with the city view!! Wihtin walking distance to most Atlant attractions and in a safe area. Easy walking to restaurants. Great Stay!!
Not a bad place, overall is dated the owners need to invested back into the property, the place is in bad need of a makeover. Good things about place is the location is perfect and the price overall is worth.
Great location, nice place. Furnishings are outdated and sleeping sofa is awful. Besides that I would stay again.
As mentioned in previous reviews the property is in need of some TLC. Location is great for downtown attractions, but parking costs are higher than stated.
The location is excellent and easy to get to. The apartment is nice enough, though the furniture is in bad condition and needs updating. My real issue was parking. I understand parking is not provided, but many people staying in the building use the same parking lot located behind it. My car was booted ( along with about 40%-50% of the lot) because the ticket was not placed in the dash. The sign asking you to was not facing the same as the other signage and was not "official" looking. Also, you use your license plate to pay for your spot so the need for displaying your ticket is unnecessary. I feel like there should have been some warning or notice either from the owner or the condo because there are 18 complaints of this booting company to the Better Business Bureau in the last four months! It didn't ruin my trip but I already love Atlanta. It certainly put a damper on it though.
At first, I'd rather be clear: The condo is super nice to live in. However, a few things made my stay much less enjoyable. First one is that there was no wifi. I always check whether there's wifi since I need it to work a bit, even on vacation. So I 'm pretty certain it was mentioned when I first looked at it but I can't be certain and that wasn't in the rental agreement that I, indeed, failed to read carefully. My mistake. I've been more disappointed but the kinda passive-aggressive reaction of the owner when I called her to see if there was a way to solve this was more concerning. Something along the lines of: "Unless you can find evidence that there's wifi, I'll do nothing." Ok, thanks, I was just looking for a possible solution, but I'll follow your recommendation and drop the ball since you don't seem open to discussion. At the end of the stay, she tried to withdraw part of the deposit because we had been smoking on the balcony, while the rental agreement indicated we could smoke outside. I had to argue a bit (not too much though) before I got the remaining deposit back, being accused meanwhile of not knowing how to behave. So, I guess that, in all fairness: 1- The condo is super nice and super well located 2- The owner is not super nice and I strongly encourage you to read the agreement entirely and ask for clarification on anything before renting. I believe this is a fair review. I'm not trying to over-describe anything, but to give a fair assessment of my feelings after this experience, with fair props and cons.
My girlfriend and I had a great time visiting Michael and Irina. The accommodations were awesome and perfect for the two of us. Having the concierge was definitely a game changer. We were very surprised when Michael left us a parking pass for our car. We were initially concerned with paying for parking the whole week but the parking pass was wonderful.
Perfect location, short walk to nearby venues and convenient access to Marta. A very clean, well-appointed room with everything you need. Delightful customer service, simple booking process and easy check in. We have already recommended this place to others and will be back to stay here again soon. Thanks for making this trip one to remember!
My husband and I recently stayed at this lovely downtown condo for our Anniversary and we had a wonderful time. The condo is close to the Aquarium and a lot of great restaurants and venues; very easy walking distance to everything. The condo itself is very well appointed with everything you might need for a romantic getaway; especially the balcony! We spent most of our time out there looking at the beautiful view. The Kitchen is small but is fully stocked with everything, including spices and condiments. The full bed was very comfortable and the silky sheets were a nice touch. Parking was extra, but it was only $10 for a full day and is in a secure lot right behind the building. We will definitely be back for another Anniversary in the future!
I had been in three rented flats in 21 days when I and my wife traveled in USA and it was our first flat. I would recommend this accommodation which is enjoyable to stay. Some main attractions (CNN, Coca-Cola etc.) are within walking distance and a Metro station is only a few blocks away. The host is very friendly, key transfer procedure is easy and written instruction for house-keeping is clear. For self-catering Kitchen facility is excellent. There is only a small disappointment which no supermarket is in 0.5 miles. CVS is quite close but it does not provide fruits and a supermarket called whole food supermarket is about 20 minutes walking distance.
If you're wondering whether this is indeed a suitable place at an excellent price, the answer is yes. The description exactly matches the condo -- clean, looks like online pictures, 21st floor with great balcony view, centrally located with quick walk to aquarium and Olympic Park. (don't skip either of those, btw) Better than hotel, of course. The nightly rate alone. The well-equipped kitchen saved us lots of money. Easy to load/unload stuff. Obviously small, but didn't feel cramped. Quiet/absent neighbors. Lots of linen. Screened balcony with two chairs. Location, location, location. See other review for parking information. Consider parking as inconveniently as possible, so your spot will likely be available upon return. Size is no problem for one family. As always, ensure that young kids don't hurt fragile furnishings. We didn't find wireless to be an essential component of our vacation. Leave your email, pets, and cigarettes at home. Normally, I'm not inclined to grant a full 5 stars, but we wanted excellent lodging for the trip -- This place easily met our needs at a great price.
The apartment was attractive and clean, we liked the furnishings. The bedroom looks great. My teenaged children slept in the sofabed, which was pretty saggy for two large people. Parking was not a problem in the lot next to the building. The rate was $10 per 24 hours. The best part is being only 3 blocks from the Aquarium and World of Coke.
Basic one bedroom with a great view and convenient location. Clean, well furnished condo with all you will need. A bonus is the screened balcony. Very secure. Parking is behind the building and is cost friendly. The main thing it's missing is Wi-Fi.
Me wife and I visited ATL as a mini-vacation to just shop, explore, and check out the ATL Nightlife. The room we stayed in was very nice. The pictures are pretty much exactly what you get. Kitchen is very small, but perfect size for only staying a couple days. Nice Glasses and Dishes provided. The view on the Balcony is very nice, nice little chairs and patio furniture out there. Condo is about a 5 min walk to the Aquarium and Coke place. My only dislikes was the $10 a day parking, and the Iron and Ironing Board were basically useless, The rug was a little dirty. I still give 5 stars because I was not expecting the world, so the room is excellent for a budget location, with great views.
Pros: The balcony was awesome and provided great views of the city & surrounding area. The location was ideal. Within walking distance to all major attractions. Also, only 1 block away from Marta station. Cons: Upon entering the unit, the first thing we noticed was the dirty rug in the living room. Spots galore! Also, the small throw rugs had to be removed because they were very slippery. The bedroom was missing a bulb in one of the nightstand lamps. There was 1 missing bulb and 1 burned out bulb in the ceiling light. There was only 3 mugs, so we had to buy another one to accomodate party of 4. We could not use the oven, because it was dirty with caked on splatters on the bottom. Lastly, the bathroom ceiling needs major repair and paint. It was crackling and looked gross! Unless these issues are attended to, I would not stay in this unit again. Overall, enjoyed our stay in Atlanta and would like to return to see more of it. The local people were very friendly and helpful.
We had a great stay at Peachtree Condo, short walk to Dome, clean and had everything we needed. Wish it had WiFi, but we were not there very much. Love the lighted penguin on the balcony.
Very comfortable and pretty simple to get to Braves baseball games
This was my third stay at the Towers and my favorite condo. First of all, the location of the Towers is fantastic as you are close to the MARTA, great eateries, and downtown attractions. Second, the concierge service is friendly and accommodating to us short-term renters. Finally, the owner was extremely prompt and professional in responding to my inquiries and getting the rental information to us. Great person to do business with. The condo had an amazing view of downtown Atlanta - I just couldn't bear to close the blinds, it was so gorgeous. It was fully equipped with all the essentials, appreciated the corkscrew and the wine glasses! The decor was pleasant and charming - my daughter wanted me to buy the chest of drawers and matching headboard. I didn't make an offer but I did write down the brand of microfiber sheets that were on the bed because they were so soft and sleep-inducing. Water pressure impressive for a high-rise. My husband was thrilled with the giant plasma TV in the living room. As a short-term property owner myself, I know how hard it is to maintain durable furnishings and update features to the standards guest expect without increasing prices but this owner has found the way to do it. I would recommend this condo to small family groups, couples, or 2-4 ladies on a girl's getaway weekend. And yes, there is a giant penguin on the balcony to add to a touch of whimsy. He made for some great selfies!
1st time trying this rent homes/condos and was extremely happy with outcome. Great location, within walking distance to all the main attraction the City of Atlanta offers. Condo clean and up to date. Had everything needed for the stay. Only down fall did not have a reserved parking for the unit. Parking was assessable for $5 a day which was not bad but if you left you lost your spot and had to pay like new again unless you lucked out and your spot was still open. Otherwise, enjoyed stay and condo.
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at your condo! The view was breathtaking and was so close to both the aquarium and the Centennial Olympic park, both of which we enjoyed. thanks so much :)
The building is older, but seems to be well taken care of. Reception was polite and parking nearby was reasonable ($15/24 hours, same as most hotels). Convenient to the MARTA, centennial park, and good food. Overall, good experience, and we would stay again.
We had a nice stay. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star was that the air conditioner was loud. I reported it to the concierge per owner instructions and it was still an issue when we left. First trip to Atlanta and we had a good time. The aquarium was a highlight and more than world class!
