In 2019 we completely remolded our little place in Paradise. New upgraded Design Kitchen, New Bathroom features, New dining, family room furniture and bedding. Two new Mitsubishi AC units. All new Exterior Doors and Windows throughout. New electric service, hot water heater, safe and storage area upgrades. (See Pictures) One of the Bari Reef's best locations. We are original owners and were present during the development stages we were able to choose a premium corner unit condo in a great location that was closest to our beach which gives us a great second floor view and spectacular sunsets.
New full view screening on our corner unit 270 square foot balcony provides bright open air spaciousness and true Caribbean feel.

We have stayed in Sand Dollar many times. This condo stood out for how close it was to the dive shop, and the screened porch! The photos online were accurate. Since we stayed longer than a week we changed out towels/sheets with the office. A small stand up laundry rack to put on the porch would have been handy. Overall a nice updated unit.
The condo was wonderful. Very comfortable, included everything we needed and we slept great. Beautiful sunsets and great locations for restaurants too.
The property has been beautifully updated, great location, view, and property manager was very responsive. Will definitely be back!

Everything about the stay was wonderful: a clean condo with a nice kitchen, 2 AC units, the small beach in front of the condo, the proximity to Dive Friends / Bari reef and even the next-door restaurant — it all adds up to a highly satisfying rental experience.I’d definitely stay here again.
Sand Dollar is waterfront and quite centrally located. The actual unit is large and the closest one to the dive shop and pier - helpful when you forget something for your dive. Beach isn't very big but the house reef is a really nice dive.

This was the perfect place to stay for our first trip to Bonaire!! The apt was clean and comfortable, exactly as described. The location is wonderful and the view can’t be beat. Screened in porch is a godsend! My husband did notice that the noise (air compressor?) from the dive shop is constant during the day (while the shop’s open) and can be a bit annoying, but that was the only real downside (and it didn’t bother me). We loved every minute of our stay and are already dreaming of coming back!
This recently remodeled unit has all new appliances and a large open floor plan. HUGE balcony! Closest to Dive Friends Dive Shop so super convenient. Very communicative owner and we will stay again!
