We enjoyed our stay in Dillon. The condo was nice and as advertised. Views are awesome. We are from Colorado, but have been in Texas the last 18 months. To say the weather was a nice change, would be putting it mildly. One downside, my husband had to buy vinegar to clean the coffee pot before he could use it. We would stay again.
Views from the condo were awesome. Everything inside (and on the patio) was very worn. Not toddler friendly. Easy walk to park, restaurants, and bus stop. We weren’t able to get the place to cool down at all, but we also had to leave early so maybe it would’ve gotten better throughout the stay if we stayed longer.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Gorgeous views! The location was awesome and conveniently located above the bowling alley (great for kids)! Walking distance to Dillon lake/amphitheater and restaurants. Easy communication with the property management office and responses were always prompt. The only thing that was confusing was the listing noted a community center with a pool/hot tub and fitness center. There's a jacuzzi (no pool) and the fitness center you have to pay separately to use the gym. Also, for coffee drinkers, they only have a Keurig machine, so you'll have to bring some Keurig cups. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would recommend to others!
The location and view were most important to us and this property checked those boxes. The space and layout were great for us. It wasn’t the cleanest but not necessarily dirty either…some areas had accumulated dust, shower liners need replaced, nothing that impacted our stay. As a sensitive sleeper I would prefer window coverings that would block out light.
Our stay was lovely! The home is very spacious and equipped with everything. We brought our dog and the area is perfect for walks, especially by the lake. We even went bowling downstairs. The garage is nice for parking. Perfect distance to all the slopes! We definitely will be back.
On the whole we enjoyed our stay but maybe I would suggest that the owner get a second couch instead of the chairs because when it comes to comfort, sitting upright isn’t as comfy as laying down on a couch with your feet up. Master bed was comfy on one side of the bed. It might just be an old bed that has a lot of use. Other than the Furniture, the condo is perfect! Kitchen appliances were great, floor plan was great, views were incredible. Plus, having a garage space was crucial as it snowed almost everyday! I feel like if there was a new comfy couch there, we’d be back!

Nice property. Location was central to ski hills, restaurants, stores. Check-in was easy. Indoor parking with 2 spots was a plus. Only recommendation I would suggest, is to add a few more TV’s. There was only one in the main room. A TV in each of the bedrooms would be nice.
The location was perfect. Check-in was easy. Nice to have 2 underground parking spots. Unit was clean and was a little dated, but served our needs. Would be nice to have more than one TV, mainly in the primary suite.

Great location - easy to get to mountain for training. Close to grocery store and restaurants. Well stocked kitchen so we could easily make our own food. Wonderful to have washer/ dryer in the unit.
Because my mother has mobility challenges having a condo without stairs was key! The elevator took us from the garage to the level of the condo and the bedroom on the main floor was great! Access plus dog friendly made this unit a Unicorn for us and we absolutely would love to stay here again. Beautiful view from balcony. Elevation bowling was a blast (downstairs in the same building!) even a Mexican restaurant on the main floor. Silverthorne Rec center (pool) was a 7 minute drive. A fenced in dog park within 15 minutes and an easy walk to a playground right off the marina.
Location was absolutely perfect! Lots to do within walking distance and easy to ride out for bike rides. Views from deck, kitchen/living room and main bedroom are breathtaking. The only issues we had were that the code for the fitness center door did not work and there wasn’t a place to dump recycle or trash. Also, when we arrived, the elevator was not working. For a family of four, we had lots to carry up so the walk up was not fun. Even with those minor things, we would definitely return!
We loved our stay. The condo boasts beautiful views of the lake and mountains with a nice table and chairs and grill outside. Bedrooms comfortable. Kitchen with all the supplies to make nice meals. Awesome, walkable location!
The condo was in great shape and the pictures were accurate. The view is really beautiful. It is close to beach area, restaurants and amphitheater, etc. The communication was great from the get-go. They responded quickly to a request for a new propane tank. It was nice to have two allotted parking spaces as well.
Beautiful views!! Exceptionally clean upon arrival and well equipped! The host had thought of everything including shower gel, shampoo and conditioner! We loved our stay and will definitely return!!

We took the family on their first ski vacation and this condo could not have been any better. Located in the heart of Summit County CO. The views alone are worth the trip, book it now. Absolutely breathtaking views of the Mountain View’s. Close to Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge and Keystone. Not far from Copper and Beaver Creek. Vail was an awesome trip for our boys too. Love the private garage to keep the car clean and safe. Great proximity to ice cream, bowling and so much more great places for the family. We got 2 of our 6 days of skiing with fresh powder to add to all the fun. So amazing. We will absolutely return to this jewel located in the heart of Dillion, CO.
Nice Spot!!!! A little hard to find and access. Parking garage disconnected to building, you do not have your own garage.
Very easy process to rent, appreciated info emails, love keyless entry...stocked nicely except no kitchen pot holders and only 1 roll of paper towels.
