Boasting an ideal Hilton Head location, this garden-level condo at Springwood is a walker's delight. You'll be a matter of steps from the bike path and the shared outdoor swimming pool and within walking distance of Coligny Beach Park and a wide assortment of shops, restaurants, eateries, and other conveniences.
The interior of this ground-floor condo is simple yet comfortable, with tile floors in the main living space, soft carpeting in the bedrooms, and central air-conditioning to keep you cool all summer long. The living room has a large window to let in the natural light, a sofa and two armchairs positioned in front of a cable TV, and sliding glass doors that lead outside to a shaded patio.
You'll find every essential appliance, including a dishwasher, in the full kitchen and ample space for six guests at the dining room table, with a convenient pass-through window connecting the two. At night, as the day's clothes and swimsuits spin in the private washer/dryer, you can retire to one of two bedrooms. The primary suite has a TV and a private bathroom, while the guest room offers a TV of its own.

After living in a Springwood Villa for 10 years in the 80's, it was nice to feel like I was coming home again! The unit is spacious and conveniently located to restaurants and the beach. It has everything you need to dine in as well. Love the pool area. However, the window treatments need updating as some of the veneers did not close all the way or they were see through curtains, thus I felt a loss of privacy in the front bedroom and the living room. This unit is on the ground floor. The ceilings are paper thin. The couple upstairs with a small child were heard pounding across the floors at 7am sharp every morning for several hours daily. Absolutely horrible! I was on vacation and was never able to sleep past 7am. If I were to rent another Springwood unit, I'll never rent one on the ground floor again.
Everything was great , , close to beach , shops and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable.

Pros: Pool was nice and extremely close. Had everything we needed. Was very clean. (Except for the smell) Decent location. Cons: -BIGGEST con-I could literally hear EVERYTHING going on above me! Two separate families stayed above us while we were there. We were on the bottom floor and it sounded like there was a herd of elephants stomping the floor every moment we were in the condo. Obviously there isn’t a curfew just “quiet hours” but if you want a good nights sleep (or nice nap during the day) and the people above you stay up late or stay in the room a lot, you’re in for a very noisy experience!! -Condo needs updating. Beds were EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Everyone in our party woke up with sore backs. Couch in living room was like sitting on a brick. The place was very clean but it smelled horrible when we arrived. There was an air freshener in the kitchen that we moved around to each room in hope of getting rid of the smell but it didn’t help. Fortunately it stormed not long after we arrived so we opened up all the windows and doors and that helped some. -Lastly, it says on the listing that there are two parking spaces for each condo. There is only one unless there is extra parking somewhere else far away that we did not see. We had a lot of issues with people parking in our numbered spot. Would I stay here again? Maybe if it was my only option. It served its purpose but there are definitely more comfortable and quiet condos out there.
The location and access to the beach was perfect!!!, the pool and access to it. Also most importantly the customer service with 24hr access! The responded quickly and provided the good costumer service. The unit was well appointed with all of the things needed to enjoy the villa! No need to bring anything except your food, clothing and other personal affects.
The place was nice and clean and very spacious for the family of six. This unit had everything we needed and was very organized. There was only one issue. The master bedroom toilet when fishing you had to hold the handle down until it flushes. Other than that all was well.
Beautiful kitchen, granite countertops, King size bed. Close to beach, shops, restaurants, and the new park.
