The Building
Located in the recently-built Quartier General Griffintown project, our suite, Quartier 727, is our second rental project that follows the successful launch of Spahaus 7: our popular Scandi-chalet stay in Lac-Supérieur, Mont Tremblant that launched in 2017.
One block from the Lachine Canal and the trendy Notre Dame West, our 7th floor, 2-bed/1-bath corner suite with 9’ high concrete ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and a fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen features cozy beds, a large terrace with city and canal views and central air conditioning throughout.
Have a car
Drive your electric vehicle into your private parking spot and use our universal J1772 connector to hook it up to our Level 2 fast charger. Car parking is included; utilities for EV charging are paid for by the guest.
Take advantage of the dedicated bike lanes outside the building, then park your bike in our complimentary bike parking within a secured room.

The Lobby
Quartier Général is designed so that you feel instantly at home from the moment you first set foot into the building. In addition to the privacy offered by every unit, the building fosters a real sense of community with its boutique common spaces.
Inviting and warm, the lobby masterfully connects you to the unit, the indoor pool, fitness centre and multipurpose room.
As you enter, a comfortable lounge area greets you: the perfect place to study, work, or simply enjoy a cup of coffee. Large windows bathe the space in natural light. The lobby also leads to the interior green courtyard and pedestrian lane.
The Fitness Centre
A state-of-the-art fitness centre includes a workout room with cardio, strength training, yoga and stretching areas, a dry and steam sauna and a large indoor pool with green wall.
The sports facilities are designed with raw materials, such as wood, and the numerous skylights provide natural light to the basement areas to make working out pleasant regardless of the time of day. Large glass window panes divide the fitness room and the pool, creating a greater sense of space.
The Rooftop Terraces
The two rooftop terraces and connecting passageway provide a large area for swimming, relaxing, and socializing. The rooftop terraces are divided into three zones.
- The pool zone: a very large pool offering views of downtown with one side of the pool is decked out with pergolas and double lounge chairs.
- The beach zone: complete with real sand, two fireplaces and decorated with light garlands, numerous chairs and low coffee tables. Vegetation divides the zone into several more private nooks.
- The communal table zone: featuring a spacious BBQ area and large tables, set up under pergolas, where you can work during the day or enjoy nice meals with neighbours in the evening.
Note: some of the common areas are expected to be completed by mid-2024. Open dates are subject to change and availability is not guaranteed.
