All in walking distance to Coligny Plaza and the Tiki Hut.
Located in Seaside Villas, an oceanfront complex located about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza with numerous restaurants, entertainment and shops.
We are locals and would love to specialize your vacation for you. We offer initial grocery shopping that will be set up for you upon arrival for a fee of $35. We can also leave flowers or champagne if you are celebrating something. If you are flying into Hilton Head and don't want to rent a car, let us know, our son is an Uber driver!

We recently stayed here as a quick little getaway! Great location, condo was clean, quiet and very close to beach. Kendall made sure we had everything we needed for check in and throughout our stay. We will definitely be returning!
We spent many years coming to HH with our kids back in the 90’s..hadn’t been back for over 20 years. Loved how many of the units have been modernized..beautiful job! Great vacation spot!
We had a great stay at this property. It was close to every convenience - restaurants, beach, shops. And, the place was comfortable and had every amenity we needed.
Good stay. Good communication. Had a problem with the refrigerator and called and he immediately came and fixed. No other issues would stay again

The villa was perfect for the two of us. Very clean and had recently been renovated. Location is walkable to restaurants and shopping. The owners were amazing to work with. Everything was as described and we even stayed an extra day. Will definitely be returning!

Good location beautiful beach
Very nice area and easy to walk to Coligny Plaza to eat and shop. Comfortable space for two adults, may be tight for a family. Bed was comfortable. Condo was clean, decorated nicely and had a well equipped kitchen. We only had trouble with the gate code coming from the beach (others had trouble too). But wasn’t a big problem since there was another entrance on down the walkway that didn’t have a lock
Location just a short walk to the beach and Coligny Plaza was about 3 blocks and was perfect. Bikes were fun too.
Check in process was very easy, condo was clean and very nice. Would definitely stay here again. Property owners very easy to communicate with.
The property is lovely, clean and tidy. The complex itself is remarkably quiet at night. This location is within walking distance to several restaurants & bars, or you can just sit on the patio. The hosts were very communicative and check in & out instructions were clear and easy. I hope to stay again.

We had a great stay. The condo has been recently updated and finished with nice amenities. The location is great and steps from the beach. We appreciated that it included beach chairs for use during our stay. We will definitely try to stay here again on a future trip to HH.

Overall, my husband and I had a great experience staying here. The condo was well designed with a very efficient use of space and we enjoyed that everything had been newly renovated - including fixtures and appliances. It reminded me of a contemporary European apartment - tastefully furnished and decorated. We arrived after dark, so it was a little difficult to find the right building (went to the wrong one at first) and unit - we had to walk a few hallways to get to it. Once we settled in and we found the nearest stairway and elevator, the access to the unit and parking was great. The complex seemed to be private enough but just a short walk or drive to restaurants, stores and the beach. The only thing that needed to be corrected was one of the beach chairs was broken, but not a problem for us since we brought our own folding chairs. We will definitely keep this place in mind when visiting the area again!
The nicest unit we have stayed in at Seaside. Every inch, from moldings to comfy king bed with nice bedding, was done. The kitchen was perfect - the appliances, the dishes, - everything new! We look forward to a return visit to this same unit!
