As with every other review we would have to express our disgust at the cleanliness of the carpet. Truly needs to be addressed. Also, while the listing doesn’t say microwave, it is 2023 and it seems like an obvious feature not an upgrade. We actually purchased one for our stay from the local ACE hardware for 149.00 and took it home with us. I suspect the owner could afford 149.00? The decks were completely unswept and the gas grill tank was empty. When we contacted them about this we were told it was too late in the day to replace but they would reimburse us if we bought one…my second trip to ACE Hardware. We have stayed at this property before and it clearly has gone downhill. Invest a little money and I suspect t you could charge a little more. It’s really pretty awful…
Well I knew not to expect a great place…. Mountain rentals usually aren’t that nice at any price point and aren’t kept all that clean. I read reviews about cleanliness and I can verify the carpet is completely stained and absolutely needs replacing. I can also write that after this post the management will say that they will work on correcting this issue but they won’t as they haven't changed anything. The microwave was missing- the microwave box is in the laundry room but there was no microwave for us. The kitchen utensils/pans/ toaster are all heavily used. Actually the whole unit is heavily used top to bottom. There were plenty of supplies ie paper towels, various soaps, sponges etc so that was nice and the bedding was washed and the bedrooms / baths were clean enough. We always bring cleaning supplies, paper products, towels, etc and have at times cleaned a mountain VRBO due to being left dirty at check in but thankfully we didn’t need to do that here which is a plus. I always finish my reviews with the question - would I rent this unit again? NO! I would skip this property for another unit.
The location was great - an hour away from Bozeman and from Yellowstone. Nice quaint neighborhood. I will say there were many stains on the carpet - didn't really care about that considering I have 3 kids and am used to stains... Also, cnot sure if the microwave recently broke or what happened but there was no microwave. It was a tad inconvenient, having to use the stove or toaster oven, but it wasn't bad. Beautiful area, and we had a great time this week!
This was an awesome family home, comfy kitchen for cooking, wood fireplace and gorgeous views. Would rent again!
This place has a great view and good gathering space. But We stayed here the weekend after Tday and brought a bunch of leftovers to eat for dinner. We were disappointed to find there was no microwave. Yes, it’s my fault for assuming there would be one (the listing does not say there is one, I just didn’t notice). So we tried to heat up food in the oven, but it was so dirty it immediately started smoking and set off the smoke alarm, so we ended up calling around to find someplace who would deliver dinner. The toaster also set off the smoke alarm the next day so we had to empty all the crumbs out of it. And there were carrots in the sink that I assume were supposed to be disposed of in garbage disposal but were forgotten. Also one of the showers didn’t drain so you ended up standing in dirty water. This property is managed by Vacasa and it was impossible to get a hold of anyone (I’ve had no problems with VRBO customer service). We were also interested in getting a late departure which you can do if you pay extra, but I clicked through the process to do it but it wouldn’t tell me how much it cost. It just kept asking me if I wanted to purchase it. I opted not to do it because I had no idea how much it would cost. Finally, whenever the condo above us used their fireplace, our living room would fill with smoke.
Great location and floor plan. Very stained carpet. Furniture and appliances worked but are very dated. The hot tub was closed even though that is a major feature of the property listing.
Good overall
We stayed here for a golf tournament and really appreciated the kitchen with its good inventory of cooking accessories, the location on the golf course was ideal and proximity to grocery stores made it convenient. All of the neighbors were friendly and welcoming.
The lockbox was empty when we arrived and the backup box code wasn't accessible without calling Vacasa. 10 hours on the road and couldn't get in - not a good way to start. Missing panel in the kitchen ceiling and no microwave available. Dishwasher not secured in location and very old, so we hand-washed the dishes. Carpets need cleaning and large blind in living room is very difficult to use. Fireplace face was loose, so we didn't feel comfortable using it. Grill pn the patio was dirty, with a dirty cooking utensil left next to it. Would have loved the view that was in the photos but instead, we got mountains and the newly added houses. Was ok, but not worth the huge expense.
Condo was as advertised and a great central location.
We love the Park condos. The view of Lone Mountain off the deck is fabulous. The pool and hot tub are a delight. This particular condo, 282, needs updating. The carpet is soiled, the main shade is broken and there was no microwave. The dish towels left in the kitchen were also soiled, as well as the master bedroom comforter. If those things were fixed this would have gotten more stars. We do really enjoy the location.
Condo had everything we needed for a family vacation.
Lovely condo, great location. The decor took us back to our childhood in the 80s/90s, though.
Layout and location were great as was the condo complex the unit was in. However, these features were over run by the general condition of the unit. No way to sugar coat it... the condition of the carpets was disgusting. The sheer volume of muddy stains, pet stains, and carpet condition was unbelievable. It was in every room. Had to keep our shoes on while walking around. The carpet needs to be removed and replaced. No amount of cleaning is going to salvage it. The unit is in need of some overall TLC and updating. We made note of the condition to the management group and sent pictures but no additional support was offered.
Nice but dated condo. Bigger than it appears in the listing. As others mentioned, the carpet is BADLY stained from past pet guests. Good location as long as you have your own transportation. Good community hot tub.
The accommodation was good. It took a little time to figure out the TV (we brought a fire stick...the TV had no cable), the carpets were heavily stained and the bathtub and one sink in the non-master bath had slow drains. These items were considered minor issues and did not detract from our stay.
