Stayed Sep 16, 2024The location was perfect for our stay, close to everything. The unit is spacious and comfortable except the beds were more firm than what we are used to. The carpet was in need of a cleaning and the porch furniture had to be cleaned before we got to appreciate the view of the spectacular setting. Cleaning crew needs to step up their game I'm afraid.

Stayed May 30, 2024We are not skiers, but wanted to visit Tahoe to be able to meet with our daughter and go hiking. This condo was very close to everything we wanted to do. Several trail heads (and the grocery store) are within walking distance, as are several restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped, but needed a couple more ice trays and a few dish towels. The beds were very comfortable and the bath towels were fluffy and white. The decor is a bit dated, and there is no cable TV, but we had a great couple of days there and appreciate the owner’s prompt responses to our questions.

Stayed May 25, 2024Our stay was fine and it held its purpose but I had to vacuum the entry way when we first arrived. There were some Cheerios on the floor and the floor felt dirty. After that it was fine.

Stayed Jan 5, 2024Such a great location! Ann was easily reached for a question when we checked in. The property was exactly as expected and made for a perfect long ski weekend with our son. There was a big storm our second day there and the property management company had cleared the parking lot by 9:00am the next day. We’ll definitely be staying here again.

Stayed Dec 23, 2023We loved staying at this home for Christmas. It is in a nice small neighborhood not far from the lake and easily had everything we needed in house for my family to enjoy a nice small-town getaway for the holidays away from our home in Los Angeles. It is close to small shops and restaurants and we are looking forward to coming back to enjoy summer on the lake. Ann was great in addressing our needs before and during our stay. Stayed Sep 29, 2023Property was very clean and in a great location! Batteries in the tv remote were dead, so couldn’t change the channel, but we were mostly out and about anyway. The thermostat was turned all the way off when we arrived around 8pm instead of just being turned down low. Temperature outside was in the upper 30s, so the condo was extremely cold when we got there, but it warmed up fairly quickly and extra blankets were available. Would suggest just turning the thermostat down low instead of off, but we would stay here again.

Stayed Sep 14, 2023Excellent Location. Easy entry to property. Very nice setting on hillside in the midst of pine trees above Lake Tahoe. Due to day trips we weren't in the property much but was nice to have a clean, comfortable place to come back to at the end of the day. Wish we had more time to enjoy the place itself. Would definitely look into staying there again.
