Watch the sunset off the beautiful balcony while sipping wine or take a short walk across the street to enjoy views of the water along with passing boats. Guests are also welcome to purchase access to the South Beach Marina Pool adjacent to the complex.

Delightful Sea Pines getaway at the beach, bicycling and great food.
Great condo! We spent three days for our honeymoon and wish it was longer! King bed was a firm memory foam but we slept well! Could walk to the beach (you can see a small bit water from the balcony). Bike rental was right down the road and the food choices were very close. If you’re a foodie try CQ’s in harbor town, and the harbor town breakfast place was great too!

Had a family emergency and had to forfeit 5 days of our trip to return home. Did not purchase trip insurance (Never needed it before). Sadly, Vacasa (Trip Host) would only offer a measly 10% off of a future stay with Vacasa Only. The trip was booked through VRBO (Policies do not allow any refund with them either). Had hoped for 5 days credit for a future stay, even during off peak season. No such luck! I do not believe that the owner was ever even told about our situation. As an owner myself, I would have wanted to know about a situation like this. Our guests receive only 5 Star treatment. Still had to Check out on our intended date of departure, even though I called 2 times and let Vacasa know we were leaving 5 days early. Just an added nuisance.
Place was very clean upon arrival. Nice TVs in all rooms with many channels although main TV stayed on the Golf Channel most of the time. Vacasa representative reached out early in the stay and addressed a few minor concerns (replaced warped cooking pan, provided larger garbage can and a dish rack/drainer). The representative maintained contact throughout the stay to assure all was well which it was. Quiet area with shops and restaurant within walking distance. We would stay here again without any hesitation. 5/5. RKK
This was a perfect condo. Great location, clean and spacious. Highly recommend. We have been coming to sea pines for 20 years. First time we stayed on that end. We loved it!
We love the location of the Bluff Villas. Outside of a grocery and Walmart run, we never left the South Beach / Sea Pines area. Restaurants, bike rentals, general store, pool; everything you need is right here! Unit 1696 was clean and inviting. Will defintely stay here again.
This condo was very pretty with its white furniture and lightly colored walls. The location was perfect for us as we enjoy the beach, the Salty Dog atmosphere and renting bikes. We were pleasantly surprised when a Vacasa representative text us to ask what we thought about the condo.
Spacious 2 bedroom unit that has been updated. Close to a beach that is located on the waterway end of HHI. Close proximity to Salty Dog Cafe and shops. Perfect for family or two couples. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Lots of bike trails. Bike to Beach Club for a day at the beach or lunch. Sea Pines resort has all you need for a great vacation and you never need to leave the property!
The villa was very clean and has all of the amenities needed. Only approximately 2-3 minutes walk to the sound . Was able to catch the trolley to go to the RBC heritage each day with no problem. And within a stone's throw to the Salty Dog Village. Would definitely recommend this villa to anyone .

Great location - right across the street from the beach! Very nice condo - lot's of space, big TV, clean, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Everything you need!
