Located in the White Cap and Barker Brook area, Brookside's Slopeside accommodations offer the perfect blend of convenience and comfort for ski enthusiasts. Situated right by the Roadrunner Trail, these ski-in/ski-out retreats provide easy access to the slopes. The 76-unit complex features a variety of condo sizes, ranging from cozy studios to spacious two-bedroom condos, ensuring there's something for everyone. While each unit is individually owned and may vary slightly in amenities, guestscan enjoy shared facilities including an outdoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, and a cozy common room with a fireplace.

Guests have access to a central common room with fireplace. The in-unit fireplace not operational.

Linens / Toiletries
Linens, towels, pillows and bedding are provided. Personal toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste etc are not provided.

    Apartment was clean and tidy. Plenty of extra blankets (which were nice because on very cold days the windows were a little drafty in the living room). Location was great. Mattresses are a bit old and springy, but fine. No major complaints.

    We always love staying at Brookside condos. Now that we are a family of six, it is a little tight in a two bedroom. I wish the stove had better ventilation, but otherwise a fantastic place clean convenient and great.

    A clean and cozy condo with a stunning view from the windows. The location is unbeatable—true ski-in, ski-out, just steps from the slopes. The kitchen is small but very well-equipped. Communication was handled entirely through messages, with quick and helpful responses. One thing to note: it’s on the 4th floor with no elevator, so keep that in mind. Thank you!

    Ski on and ski off was great. Proximity to the mountain was awesome. The condo was on the 4th floor which was a pain. I don’t think it stated this at all. The condo has a weird smell and felt very dated once we were there. But that’s what we paid for I guess lol The kitchen was equipped with almost everything we could need, except Tupperware or anything to keep leftovers in the fridge. All in all it was great. We just had a few disappointing factors.

    Property was clean and location to slope side access was very good. The kitchen was well appointed. That being said, the bed was broken on one side (two broken wheels), making it completely lopsided. The comforter is torn and has holes. The light beneath the microwave was not working. Three lamps in the condo did not work. The hot water is limited, but sufficient when the 6 of us (the condo is at capacity with 8 ppl) timed our showers to 5 minutes each. We reported these issues to maintenance upon our departure.
