This beautiful ocean front home is the perfect beach oasis. This three bedroom one bath home is steps off the warm sand. Other homes claim "you don't get any closer to the ocean than this" I claim to be closest of all home to the ocean, just read my reviews!I Sit on the deck and enjoy the crashing waves or grab a boogie board and enjoy the surf! This home is decorated in calming blues and greens with all brand new furniture. There's an out door shower and beach chairs. The beds have linens and the home has towels (bath and beach). This home is located on New Hampshire's premium 4 star, family friendly, Seabrook Beach. Enjoy the arcades in Salisbury or Hampton beaches, or perhaps a nice stroll through Newburyport, Ma or Portsmouth, NH, just minutes away. This house is a duplex (2 condos side by side). My wife and I live next door.
Guest are welcome to have friends and family visit. Please keep in mind there is limited parking and large parties are not welcome.
We arrived late, the stores were closed, but my stay was off to a perfect start because there was a muffin and butter waiting for me. My muffin was complimented by a gorgeous sunrise that morning. My son was able to walk right out of the house onto the beach and go surfing off the northern tip while I watched from the living room bay window (it was January in NH). We also enjoyed the 10 minute drive to the Wall beach for more surfing. House was cozy and inviting. The main kitchen and sitting room have a commanding view of the beach. Great hamburger at Chip's recommendation at The Goat restaurant and Whiskey Bar in Hampton.
We loved our weekend stay! The house was immaculate and decorated beautifully. I was up at 6:30 on Saturday morning with my one year of grand daughter, and we the Sunrise was spectacular. Chip (host) left welcome treats, and Milk, cheese and butter in fridge. We have stayed at several VRBO’s In Massachusetts, Vermont, Florida and this house and host were the best!
Chip and Camille were amazing hosts and very responsive. The home is beautiful and spotless. Coffee, snacks and a few refrigerated items were provided and welcomed. The house is literally right on the beach so you can enjoy the ocean sounds and breezes from the deck or walk along the surf. We loved our stay and look forward to coming back!
This property has a wonderful view, is beautifully decorated and was sparkling clean. It is even better than the pictures. The house was fully stocked with kitchen items, bed linens, towels and more - they even had beach toys. The hosts also left some welcome items including snacks, waters and milk which was a great treat when we arrived. I spent two weeks there with friends and family and we had such a terrific time that we were sad to go home.
This is a wonderful place to stay if you’ve got kids who love to run back and forth to the beach! Lots of lovely small touches - we will be back!
Perfect summer getaway
We did a second week at this house and it was awesome. You can’t beat the location and the ease of being right on the beach. (Especially with young kids) the owners are so responsive and attentive. I can’t say enough about this place . You won’t regret staying here. Worth every penny.

We enjoyed our stay despite some unfortunate weather. The view is awesome, perfect location for us with young kids. The owners were kind and responsive. We head back again for another week soon and hopefully with better weather will fall in love with this place even more!

We thoroughly buoyed staying
A wonderful clean cute beach house. Literally on the beach. Myself, my daughter, her girlfriend and her mom on a college visit The owners are very friendly and excited to share their knowledge in the area. The beach is soft sand. Location is great. We were just over hour to Portland Maine. Great smaller ports close by. I can't wait to go back. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a wonderful time being right on the beach. We have two young kids and they require SO much stuff when going to the beach...it was so nice and convenient being so close. The house was gorgeous and they had some really nice touches provided - some items pre-stocked in the fridge and pantry, beach chairs, a deck umbrella, and they even brought out a baby pool for us. Was a wonderful week!

For 3 years in a row my brother and I have rented this property for our football weekend winter getaway and have never had a bad experience. The owners are great people and each year have made improvements to their property. You truly feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door. If your planning some beach time this is the place!
We really enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay in Seabrook. The owner, Chip, was a pleasure and easy to communicate with. Ocean views from the couch- the location can’t be beat! The beds were comfortable, lots of linens and the house has an updated style. They even left some snacks and breakfast items for us- what a nice touch! Our only complaint was the faint cigarette smell.
We rented this home for the view and we were not disappointed. Spent most of our time on the porch or on the beach. It was such a relaxing getaway!
Perfect beach front getaway! Stayed with my 3 kids (1 in a wheelchair) and my parents. Plenty of room, very friendly owners and great neighbors on both sides. Close to boardwalk but not to close lol. Beach is beautiful with a lot less people. It was great for me and my kids. I will definitely stay again!
Clean and updated 3 bedroom right on the beach! Can't beat the location when you can take 3 steps and your on the sand. We spent the whole week on the beach and in the water even at (64) degrees it was so clean and beautiful. I had 3 kids ranging from 6yrs to 4 months and during nap time when an adult had to be on the deck your're still ON the beach. Very convenient for families with young children who love the beach, don't have to schlep beach items back and forth. Grill worked good and that's where we did most of our cooking, a couple of close restaurants but long wait. The owners were very helpful and easy to communicate with, they live on the property but are not obtrusive. The house is updated and has AC in 1 bedroom and in LR which kept in cool on the 90+ degree days. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for food & drink. The outdoor shower is great with hot water- our kids bathed daily. 2 small items to critique-for a family with 3 small kids there is no washer/dryer but we managed. Sand dune directly in front of main window, still great views from deck. Overall if you want a CONVENIENT BEACH Vacation this is the place! Thanks Chip Dumas Gabbriellini
Our family of five had the best week at this ocean front retreat. The views and conveniences of this property are unparalleled. It is a very clean rental with lovely decor. Everything you need is there, including some staple grocery items, snacks, and fruit. We’d love to spend another week in the future!

Such a beautiful house, the pictures don't even do it justice! The views...need I say more, it's like we had our own private beach. We enjoyed watching the surfers right from our living room and my husband even got surfing lessons right from the house! The children (ages 3 and 6) said this was their favorite beach house. Second time back and it truly is amazing. We barely even left the house because it had everything we needed and couldn't get this view and access to beach anywhere else! The owners/hosts were wonderful as always. We hope to be back again!
Four of us came from various spots around the country to visit a friend who lives in the area. This rental was perfect. It's beautiful and clean. The kitchen/living area are open and great for group. Even though it was April the weather cooperated and we managed to get outside but even if we hadn't, the view from inside makes you feel like you are on the beach. Chip and Camille were amazing hosts. They provided things we didn't know we needed. It felt like we were house guests rather than renters. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful space with us!

This is a comfortable house located about 40 ft. from the Atlantic Ocean. The host had equipped the house with a thoughtful assortment of goodies. The picture windows provide good views of the ocean, whose waves, tides, weather, sunrises and litter are continually changing. The house is well equipped and comfortable. The hosts are helpful with local attractions such as restaurants and historic Portsmouth and Newburyport. Overall we had a most enjoyable week here.
This home was warm, inviting and very clean! We walked in to find a basket of snacks and milk and water in the fridge. The View was gorgeous from both inside and out. I felt very much at home with my family and look forward to returning again.

The Sea Brook Beach rental was absolutely wonderful; even better than we expected. Beautifully decorated & so pleasant.The Daley's had the place very well stocked with any thing we may have needed until we got to a store. Camille was so nice, friendly & helpful. It was my birthday; she & her grand daughter made me a banana bread & her grand daughter made me such a beautifully decorated birthday Halloween pumpkin. How sweet is that? We were literally right on the beach. Beautiful scenery & we saw a whale breaching! The whole experience could not have been better. Thank you so much. Zilla
We loved it! It was just as hoped for and more. Just one step of the deck and our toes were right in the sand. The house was decorated so beachy with blues, whites and greys. It made for the perfect beach side retreat. We wish we were still there. All of the rooms were immaculate and spacious. Upon arrival there was a basket of great snacks like pretzels, granola bars. muffins, bananas and apples. This was such a nice and unexpected treat. In addition, the owners provided beach towels, a beach umbrella, beach toys, and boogie boards. The owners were welcoming and a pleasure to chat with. We are hopeful to return year after year.

Me and my family rented the beach front oasis for a week to celebrate our recent wedding! From the very first day they were so gracious to let us check in early so we could Make it to our rehearsal dinner. Chip is responsive and extremely helpful. The home is even more beautiful than in the pictures. It is directly on the beach and is perfect for young children. Chip and Camille were beyond accomodating and provided us with everything we needed and then some. Camille was so helpful with recommendations for eating out and even surprised us with a lovely wedding gift and a birthday cake for my sisters birthday. The decor of the home is so gorgeous and very beachy. We had an incredible week and want to thank Chip and Camille for renting their incredible home to us for the week. We will definitely be back!!!

We had an amazing time at Beachfront Oasis. Perfect location, beautiful, comfortable unit with spectacular oceanfront views! Homeowners were so nice and accommodating. The weather was really hot, perfect beach weather, but the homeowner put air conditioning in our place before we arrived so we would be comfortable. So nice of them! It was one of our best vacations and we have fond memories to cherish a lifetime! We will be back!
What a great place to have stayed. The house itself was so clean and bright. Insane view and large living room made for a great spacious feel. Treats and coffees were given inca basket which added such a welcoming touch. Directly on the ocean. Fresh air. Crashing waves and real Adirondack chairs made it all complete. I wont be surprised if we come back in the near future.
We loved our stay in Seabrook. The house had everything we needed and the owners were accommodating at providing extras to meet the needs of our family. The location is right on the beach which was wonderful!
The house was impeccably clean and had such beautiful design and colors. Loved the view from the living room window and the porch that overlooks the beach. The house was fully stocked with everything we ever needed, in fact, so stocked that the owners had some wonderful goodies for us that allowed us to just arrive and make a quick meal w/out having to run out to restaurant or market since we just wanted to relax on the beach. This was a great location for our two little ones (ages 2 and 5). There was a sand dune right up front that allowed a bit of privacy and our own personal beach where we could have the kids lay out all their beach toys. Owners also were so kind to set up a mini pool where the kids could have their own private beach oasis and we can feel safe watching them from our front porch, enjoying a nice glass of wine. My husband even got to enjoy surfing, SUP and kayaking right from in front of the house! Owners and their family were so kind and hospitable, felt like extended family. Our 5 year old son had a great time playing with their 6 year old granddaughter. It was great seeing the two of them playing and entertaining themselves. We tried extending our vacation or planning another one this year, but all booked up and no surprise! We will certainly be staying here again!

We stay there for 3 nights and had an amazing time. The place is well decorate, there is EVERYTHING you need... the owner had left milk, butter, juice, fruits, treats and snaks, everything to be sure we won'T miss anything! THe view on the beach is perfect, the place is calm and the owner are lovely ! I Highly recommend this place, it worth it !
The photos don’t do this place justice! The interior is recently renovated with an large open concept common area, tons of seating, and fully stocked kitchen with an attention to detail. The ocean front views are breathtaking - I didn’t want to leave! I have stayed in a lot of rentals and this place really felt like a home. There are thoughtful little touches throughout the house. Chip and Camille are warm, friendly hosts who live next door. They brought extra blankets over one day because they noticed it was cold at night and also had some great sugggestions for what to do in the area. Would recommend 10/10 for a lovely beach getaway!
Absolutely stunning home - all new everything! The ocean view is breathtaking, and the quiet and serene beach is one step off the deck. A short drive to many area restaurants and shopping. Top all of this off with very friendly, thoughtful and helpful owners. Our weekend stay has us convinced that we have found our new paradise! We will definitely book another stay very soon!
The interior is prettier than the pictures do justice, place belongs in a magazine. Walk out the back door, and you are directly on the beach. 4 effective parking spots. Owner was super nice and accommodating. He seemed uneasy about short term rentals and he lives next door (place is a duplex), so if you're looking to throw a rage party, you best look elsewhere. Wasn't a problem for me since I had a very quiet weekend planned.
The home was lovely with a great kitchen and living room. The best part is the beach access which felt like you had your own private beach. I enjoyed coffee on the patio watching the sunrise before anyone was around. The location is walking distance to the local restaurants and a short car ride for visiting the various coastal towns. I will definitely be back!

And as a Montrealer who hadn't been able to come to New England for the past two years, what a treat it was to be so close to the ocean.
