Fantastic condo at Solitude! Gorgeous! Perfect attention to detail! We rented the beginning of off season but pool and hot tub were still open! Highly recommend this property!
What a cute place in a super cute village! We’d love to come back in the winter when things are in full swing. The place had everything we needed.
Solitude was a great place to stay. The bunk beds were great for our kids to sleep. The place had fans which was a big help in the summer. The summer weather was lovely, in the 70’s. We enjoyed biking and hiking and rode the chairlift which is open on the weekend in the summer. One hard thing is that there are only about 2 places to eat near ($$) and another a short drive away but we new that and had planned ahead. The place was very clean and had everything we neeeded. Check in was a breeze and in the summer it is very peaceful. The one complaint I would have would be for the resort. We were drawn to the pool and slide for our kids (ages 8,6,3,1) but the water slide was broken and the pool was a little cold. At a resort like this in the summer I think the pool is a big reason people choose to stay here and I feel like the resort could do a better job keeping it comfortable in temperature with it being cooler there in the summer. I would definitely stay there again!
The property was exactly what we were looking for. Cozy and comfortable and a stone throw away from exceptional skiing. This condo is very well kept and has everything you’ll need and contributed to make this an unforgettable week. We will be back.
Easily the best condo I have stayed in. Great location in Powderhorn with easy access to the lifts, and great job on remodeling the condo.
Beautifully updated and decorated unit that was clean and comfortable. The location CANNOT BE BEAT! We had the rental shop, pizza shop and Apex lift literally right out our back door. The kids loved playing in the snow just outside the unit without having to go downstairs to get outside. The kitchen was a little lacking in some cooking tools and staples, but what was there was high quality. The appliance were top notch. We will be back to this unit!
We stayed over Christmas and had a great time. We were very impressed by the quality of their appliances, pot/ pans, sheets, pillows and even down to their towels. It really shows how much the owners and manage care about the condo and their guests. Also the property manager was very responsive to everyone of my random texts about the property. Would love to stay again. In fact, my son asked if we could come back the following weekend.
Super clean and very close to the mountain, just a short walk to the chairlift. Love the village!!
Really clean and comfortable condo with plenty of space for a family of four. Our kids loved the bunk bed nooks and available toys and coloring supplies. We loved the easy access to the slopes and the easy to use kitchen. So many hooks to hang gear on, so smart! Highly recommend this condo. We were talking about our next trip back before we checked out!
The property was exactly how it looks. The bed was cozy and the entire place was perfect. Even the location
This condo is awesome! Best location in all of solitude. The owners have everything perfect! Couldn’t have been a better place. Only problem was the sheets were super dirty. Food crumbs and stains in the bunk beds. Pretty gross. Not the owners fault. They have an awesome condo. But management could be more on top of their game.
Pro’s: location, great condo nice and updated, property manager was prompt responding to our needs, short walk to the ski lift. Con’s: no key was in lockbox when we arrived, twin bunk beds are tiny, our oldest boy had to sleep on the sofa, king bed linens not comfortable the sheets smelled weird, fire alarm in unit and whole Bldg went off @ 3am, thermostats hard to manage, no blow dryer in bathroom.
