The chalet has recently been completely renovated; it is inserted inside the Etna Park in a chestnut, oak and pine forest. A 3 km from the town of Nicolosi and 15 km from the Etna cable car, offers peace and tranquility.

Stayed Apr 1, 2024The chalet is quite small but adequate for 4 people with 2 double bedrooms and 2 sofa beds in the living area and 2 bathrooms, one ensuite. All amenities were in good working order with a washing machine and Netflix an added bonus. The grounds are lovely and safe for children and were the highlight of the property. Our 18 your old son with severe autism was extremely happy wandering in this slice of forest while the high gate leading to the road can be locked for safety. We highly recommend a stay here for those who like to take it easy while still being close to attractions like Mount Etna, Taormina, the Gole d' Alcantara and other less renowned sites like the House of Butterflies and also just up the hill from the town of Nicolosi where all necessities can be found.
