Don’t let looks deceive you, this place is fairly big on the inside and I wish we could have spent a weekend there. The stargazing was the best least noise pollution I have ever experienced. Things to consider: definitely if you have temperature sensitive dogs come prepared. The AC unit is only for upstairs and it isn’t effective for that type of need. Thankfully we came in as it was cooling off and it never really got below 50 degrees overnight. Teen took over the loft, thankful for the wifi. I took over the futon and watched Ted Lasso with our dog Logan while Wifey and Bella slept in the bedroom downstairs. Best plumbing the entire trip, rustic and so cute. Barbara was a super friendly and helpful host! If the chance to come back for a weekend arises I will do, maybe for a meteor shower!
Clean and comfortable place. We did not get a chance to take advantage of all that this place has to offer, but still had a nice time. The only downfall is the short bit of road getting to the driveway. If you have a choice of driving a sedan/sports car or a truck/SUV, go for the truck/SUV. My Camry did not like the road.
We just stayed overnight, and it was great. Fun little cabin right off the highway. Quiet place with everything we needed.
This was a great place for our family to stay for a winter getaway. Clean, cozy, and close to Bend. Upstairs loft was perfect for our two kids. We felt right at home. Thanks for a wonderful stay; we will be back!
The place was very nice and had plenty of space for what we needed. It fit 5 adults and a small dog comfortably. The location was perfect wasn’t to far from town, and was fairly close to the Paulina lake area.
Just a simple little A-frame surounded by tall pines, beds are comfy and the decks provided much needed R&R. The visits from the bunnies made the stay more fun.
It's Nothing fancy, but is a clean, comfortable base for daily excursions. Great location for exploring the Cascade lakes and Newberry Volcanic monument.
Cute cozy house, small kitchen okay for easy quick meals. Very homey rustic feel, great outdoor fire pit, house shoes, patio and picnic space. Great for just laying around, but still near places to go do things.
The property was cozy with all of the amenities of home. We stayed warm in every room. It was truly a relaxing week.
Think cabin in the woods that your grandma has had for a long time. We had a fun time playing cards and watching DVDs. Somethings could have been cleaner or updated but we found everything we needed and stayed for three nights while skiing Mt. Bachelor.
