This was a beautiful home very spacious. The only thing I had a drawback on is that there literally was no stores around no grocery stores or anything like that, so that was a little bit of a hinder.
First, the pros: The cabin is located in a perfect spot for visiting Bryce Canyon, Zion, Cedar Breaks and even Escalante National Park. It is spacious and had plenty of comfy beds, kitchen tools, linens, etc. The check in process was easy and the managers were pretty easy to communicate with. Now the cons: In general, surfaces were relatively clean, but all the windows, corners, perimeters of rooms were pretty dusty/dirty. It is all laminate flooring, but there are no rugs anywhere, not even in the bathrooms. We found several things in need of repair: the kitchen faucet(worked but you had to be careful as the handle and cover were falling off), kitchen screen door hinge (bent and almost torn through). Although not a comfort issue, there is also no wall decor, just blank walls, which leaves it feeling less cozy and more unfinished. We also had a little inconvenience with the dryer not being hooked up which we were counting on using. Once I reached out the managers did their best and got it working the last day. Overall, it was a great location and very spacious, but needs a few things to make it feel comfortable and in good working order.
8 adults and 6 kids only 4 adults had to share 2 full beds the rest were very comfortable; can always be a problem with this many people, we're kind of used to it. Accommodations were great, plenty of amenities never found the horseshoes, but never asked either. So much to do in this area. We had some lazy game days, many hikes & geocaching, Zion NP, Bryce Canyon NP, Cedar Breaks NM, Cascade Falls, 4th parade in Alton, Evermore park in Provo, etc. Thx for letting our family into your home. Much appreciated.
The house was in a perfect location for us! We had 7 adults staying there and had plenty of room. There is an electronic board in the dining room with local recommendations and a link to contact the property manager. The owner/property manager was responsive and helpful when I had questions. We were able to contact them and get a quick response when we noticed that a hose was on. My only real complaint is that the dryer was old and had issues!
We had a lot of fun exploring the area and the house is beautiful and spacious. Everyone loved their stay. Only negative was that we woke the first morning with no running water and no one really seemed all too keen on helping us solve the issue quickly. Communication was lacking. We relied on a neighbor we ran into who went to the water company to handle it. It was a neighborhood outage. There were no trash bags for the kitchen so be sure to bring some. All in all we would come stay here again! The deer watching daily was magical in the yard.
We had 10 family members from age 8 through 85. We were able to drive to Zion, Bryce, Lake Powell, and Capitol Reef. We relaxed at night, played games, and cooked together. Truly a very memorable vacation. Everyone was quite impressed with this home and it’s location.
The cabin is beautiful, offers a lot of space for large groups. It was clean on arrival and ready to go with a beautiful open dining room that has incredible views. My only complaint is the 4pm check in and having to pay to check in earlier. I just wish check in would have been just a bit earlier.
Thi pictures online was not exactly what we experienced. The dishes were dirty. The sheets were not washed. There was crumbs of bread on the beds
We enjoyed the property, stayed for 5 days. Had a little issue with cleanliness and a couple of maintenance issues but the management assured us they would resolve it.
My family uses VRBO on a regular occasion and this is my first bad review. Check in process was okay and property was clean and nice. The only issue on check in was that the master bed was about to fall apart. Still no big deal. Then that night when we tried to turn the TVs on we realized that none of the TVs would stream or had any local tv stations. They had DVD players but no DVDs to watch , so the TVs are useless. In the listing there is a picture of a foos ball table that was taken out of the home with no notice. That being said there were no boardgames or anything for the kids to do after a long day of Hiking. Needless to say that was fun. We made several attempts to reach out to host about the situations. They did respond but didnt ever do anything about it.
