A beautiful place in many ways.
We loved the cabin! It as so well built. The back porch was a great feature, we ate our meals out there, saw several deer and squirrels. The kitchen was well stocked and perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels. We enjoyed the canoe for a lovely afternoon paddle on the lake.
Quiet, true to description.
Beautiful cabin and so comfortable. Cozy bed, relaxing porch and canoeing on the lake. Highly recommend!
Great location in the valley, close to Seeley and hikes and lakes. The creek and lake are right next to the property, very fun.
This cabin is nice. It’s quiet and the setting is woodsy and near the lake. Upon entering the cabin one must walk up this homemade set of funky steps. The king sized bed is comfortable. The bathroom is fine except for the single-ply toilet paper and no shampoo or soap is provided. The property is dog friendly but don’t forget the dog bed. The lake is clear as a bell and there is a nice canoe for exploring. . This cabin is quiet and mostly comfortable. There is a wood stove and plenty of wood. There are clear concise instructions regarding the cabin and the surrounding area. We had fun and the hikes are close by.
Cute, rustic cabin. We appreciated that the deck was screened in around the bottom which kept my dog safe. You can not see the lake from the cabin. It is app. a 5 minute walk down through the trees and across a road. The neighbors were all kind and very helpful! We had a very nice time kayaking and canoeing. The $150 cleaning fee seems a bit much, especially when the dishes and floor were not clean. Also, a bar of bath soap and shampoo would be nice. :)
A very nice, well-kept cabin just across the road from Cygnet Lake. Enjoyed the serenity of this no-motorboat lake and the sounds of the Swan River.
We had the most amazing time at this cabin! Cygnet lake and the Swan River are at your footsteps! Truly the most calm, peaceful and relaxing location. The cabin was very clean, well maintained and stocked for everything we needed for our week stay. We enjoyed canoeing, fishing and doing many gorgeous hikes in the area. Highly recommend this cabin and we plan to come back!!!
This cabin is situated just so for loads of adventure throughout the Seeley-Swan Valley. It is perfectly tucked back off the road with views of the lake through the trees, and the sound of the river lulling you into the peaceful and restful stay. The beds, both the king and the three twins in the loft were comfortable with clean and crisp bedding. The cabin clean throughout. Although in the middle of July, no ac was needed; in fact we left the windows open at night to enjoy the cool nights. We spent hours hanging on the porch watching the wildlife, and rvenbtooled around the Cygnet Lake in the provided canoe. You won't regret your stay as we are already looking to book for another getaway!
The property is magical! So many memories were made and the cabin was perfect. Clean and well equipped. Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful cabin with us.
I miss this cabin so much already, I am so glad we stayed here. It was by the river and Cygnet lake and we canoed around and enjoyed ourselves even in the rain. We hiked and ran on the nearby trails (walking distance from house). We drove to a bunch of fishing spots. We BBQ-ed outside on the wood covered deck. We lit a fire inside and read books snuggled on the couch. We enjoyed the clawfoot tub. We cooked a lot and just let ourselves rest from the chaos of the world. We met a few deer, squirrels, and birds that were quite curious about us. The cabin is so incredibly charming. Large logs make you feel so cozy and safe. That wholesome vibe is hard to come by. I can't wait to go back.
