Description

A private 1 acre property with a newly built custom home nestled away in a quiet equestrian neighbourhood.We are a family of 4 who particularly enjoy hosting and meeting people that enjoy travel experiences.This place is home to a muster of exotic peacocks that roost up on our big oak trees.They are so docile and we request our guests not to feed them or try to touch them during their stay. There is a pond and a driveway out in the front with your own private & gated parking space upto 2cars.
You will enjoy a very calm and a warm experience to live in this space which is 15- 20 minutes drive to the beach, 5 min from a lot of stores and 1 1/2 hours from Disney world. There are 2 separate sleeping areas to accommodate upto 2 adults and 2 young kids and a bathroom. There is also a queen size blow up bed available for use.

This home is stunning both inside and out. A true oasis. The owner's attention to creative details is at every turn, both inside and outside on the grounds. Our stay was relaxing and quiet. The host was very helpful and gracious. I highly recommend Neem's Paradise....you won't be disappointed!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Neem’s Paradise in Pinellas Park! Nima truly went out of her way to make it an amazing experience. We felt so welcomed from the second we got there. Nima went out of her way to make our little home perfect and accommodated any request that we had through our stay. The property was absolutely gorgeous, it truly is a paradise. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you Nima and family for such a memorable stay!

My friends and I wanted to rent a place close to home so we can all be together and hang out and Nima’s place was everything we could have asked for and more. Everything about her place felt really comfortable from the bed to the decor. I could definitely see the effort Nima put into her place, it really shows. It genuinely felt like we were in a resort when we stepped in. Nima was also very quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed without being too overbearing. I also want to mention that there are peacocks out and about her property. We personally weren’t bothered by the noise or by them but just wanted to warn those who are not big bird people. Overall DEFINITELY book her place if you have the chance to!
