Stayed Dec 31, 1969We felt like we lived here! It was nice to feel like we were a part of the community. Our family is from Cefalu, and we wanted a place that felt homey. We loved this apartment. Only criticism was that the gentleman that showed us to the apartment, did not help us with our luggage. Mind you, the apartment was 4 flights up. A young man at the restaurant next door saw my sister and I struggling and helped us. He refused to take any money. He said, I have a mother and a sister, i would want someone to help them. Only complaint. Help the ladies with their luggage. We paid a lot to stay here.

Stayed Apr 20, 2022The location and view were as advertised. However, there was no mention of the 65 steps necessary to enter the unit. Would be a huge problem for many including those with mobility issues. Also, the manager’s rep gave only a cursory overview of the unit, seemed like he need to leave as soon as possible. Ended up finding out about the unit thru our own investigation. Also, the 50 euro clean up bill seemed excessive since we were required to leave the place broom clean (including removal of garbage to a recycle center) or face additional charges.
