Snow Creek Village 11b is a studio unit on the backside of the complex and has had brand new renovations completed just prior to the 2020 New Year. With an affordable price point, great ski-in/ski-out access, and conveniently located just a short walk to the main village core, 11b is the perfect choice for a couples' getaway or a solo traveler's holiday.
This property features a queen-sized murphy bed, and heated tile flooring throughout. The kitchenette features an induction hot plate, a brand new mini fridge and dishwasher, a microwave, kettle, and toaster.
Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your direct email 10 days prior to your arrival (direct email must be provided after your booking is accepted).
* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.
* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.
* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
* Large adult group bookings require us to pass along newer Sun Peaks Municipal bylaws. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
It was great to have a clean, warm spot of our own during a larger family gathering at Sun Peaks. The amenities inside the unit were perfect for what we needed.
