Located close to hiking trails, waterfalls, and the banks of the Pemigewasset River, known locally as 'The Pemi," this darling cottage is ready for a romantic getaway for two or a quiet solo adventure. This cozy getaway includes a well-equipped kitchenette for preparing meals or just brewing up your morning coffee, a table for two for dining, laptops, or rainy day card games, and a living area with a sofa bed, fireplace, and a TV. Sit outside on your porch, fire up the gas grill, swim in the shared, seasonal pool, play some tennis, and then close out your days meeting your neighbors around the community firepit.

The kitchenette has a a small gas stove/oven, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.
The pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

I loved living here, it is pretty safe, easy access so many great hiking places, state parks, restaurants, small towns nearby. There are some hidden gems in the area like mirror lake public beach. It is quiet spacious and can easily accomodate 3-4 people with sofa bed. I was working remotely and had good if not great internet service. There was warm water and heater available. It night time you can have sit outside and enjoy the stars and in morning you see the sun rise from the mountains. It was a better experience than any 5 star hotel could have offered personally! My first time living in a quaint cabin by myself.
Great little place- mom and pop feel- super sweet but bed needed replacement . Very clean safe easy- amazing hiking nearby!
Very nice cottage, that is in a great location. It’s close to Whale’s Tale and beautiful golf courses, which our family was able to enjoy. The heated pool was an awesome surprise!! We will be staying again.
Well maintained property with pool, fire pit, and BBQ grill. Surrounded by the excellent NH weather and having a friendly on-site owner who even permitted us to park our RV on-property but out of the way after check out till the wedding we came to attend is finished. Great time! We will certainly return.
Cabin as pictured. Clean with comfy bed and good shower. Kitchenette a little too small for real cooking. We enjoyed exploring nearby towns of Plymouth, Lincoln and Woodstock to check out local breweries/eateries. Great hiking and scenery all around. Recommend Artists Bluff! Loved the firepit on a clear evening, great star gazing. Disappointed that hot tub was out of service but heated pool looked inviting.
Beautiful little cabin. Really cozy, simple and clean. We loved property, close to a lot of stores and ski places. Will come back for sure!

Nice place. Enjoyed our stay after a few glitches upon arrival. Our concerns were immediately addressed by property manager and resolved to our satisfaction.

We spent a week at this cabin to use as a base camp to explore the area and enjoy the fall foliage. Great central location to all the best hikes, parks and scenery in central NH. Located in between two interstate exits on US highway 3 so it’s quiet and relaxing and reasonably close enough to all needed amenities. The rustic cabin may not be for everyone but it was clean. We enjoyed the electric fireplace on the chilly mornings and the outdoor fire pit at night. Firewood and kindling available for $4. Also the hot tub was nice and toasty. The only frustrations were the mattress and the sofa, both too soft and needing replaced. Also, maybe it was the season but $150/night is too high for this place, we think $99 is more appropriate. Kitchen was sufficiently stocked to make basic meals. Outside gas grill was awesome to use. Overall it was nice and we enjoyed our stay.
