Four-person apartment with beautiful views of the mountains and Moraira. Has two bedrooms, one bathroom, air conditioning, a large balcony of approximately 24 square meters, WIFI and a large swimming pool next to the apartment.
A well maintained, quiet and modern apartment in MonteCala located on the Cumbre del Sol (Benitachell).
There are two very nice swimming pools, one of which has a playground, an infinity pool and a bar. The bar is open every day from 9 a.m. to midnight during the high season (April to September)!
Nearby are the beaches of Cala Moraig and Cala Llebeig. The latter is the closest beach and can only be reached on foot.
The apartment is fully equipped, is an hour's drive from both Valencia and Alicante and near (the beaches of) Moraira, Calpe, Javea and Denia. But the hinterland, the Jalon Valley with its many almond trees, is also definitely worth a visit!
In the preseason, this region is also visited by many professional cycling teams who have their training weeks here.
Extra: Cleaning & service costs: € 90 per rental period.
Linen packages (bed and bath, no beach towel) are supplied as standard. No additional charge has to be paid for this. However, an additional charge of €25 per person per period will be charged if more than two people book. So if three people book, a surcharge of €25 will be charged.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment and pets are not allowed.
The house is ideal for a family with a maximum of two children.
Reservations of three or four adults are not accepted.
The minimum age of the person making the reservation is 23 years (at the time of the holiday)
