Very safe quiet neighborhood. Easy check in and out. Nice accommodations. Only one TV

Host was accommodating, we arrived early and she allowed us to check in, and she let us have extra for check out (the day after Xmas!)Super clean.Stocked well, lots of towels and such. I would recommend to my family coming to visit my daughter.

It was exactly as pictured. Easy access. It was a great place to stay.

Great spot definitely good for skii season

It is listed as an apartment but to me looks like a basement. The backyard was a little messy, pile of rocks and the table that is shown on property pictures sits right in front the main property back door where the owners live. So, I would never seat there and chill and my family. Foot steps early in the morning above us. Dogs barking. If you want to “sleep inn” till 8am it’s impossible.

Host is great with communication, house was clean and well equipped.Great place if you just need a place to sleep, no sitting area to relax and visit.

This kozy suite worked out very well in our travels to Castle Rock, CO. It was very clean, well stocked w/cooking equipment, and centrally located to the places to visit. Our host (Elena) was very responsive, kind to accept our two corgi pups, checked in on us upon arrival and check out. Thank you!

Very aptly named! Super cozy! Perfect space for our needs. I was in town with my parents and 2 kids visiting family for a a few days. It was perfect for our trip! I'm fairly new to making the VRBO reservation (usually handled by my mom) our host was super nice when i accidently tried to go through her front door instead of our door, lol. She took the time to walk me around to the right door, show me the space, and ask if i had any other questions. I highly recommend staying here if you're not looking for a space to locate and hang out in. It worked great for us, as we had full busy days, and only went back to crash. We'd have breakfast, and leave again for another busy day.

Good location, quite and close to where we wanted to visit.We had a get time!

The place was clean and as advertised. Access was easy and it was sufficiently private. If you stay here, you’ll be very aware of the host moving around upstairs. Unfortunately, the only cozy seating is in the bedrooms. All in all, it was a good place for us to stay as it was conveniently located and we spent much of our visit out and about.

Excellent location. Clean. Note there is no hangout space unless everyone lounges on the bed. Our delivery from Whole Foods btwn 6 and 7 am was put exactly where described. Ample parking. The nook with a twin bed was a great hit with the grandchildren as was the small table and chairs from the toy closet. . Would have liked more dish towels in the kitchen atea.

I appreciate the yard for my old dog. I liked the separate living space so the kids kind of had their own space to spread out

The rental was the perfect fit for our needs. The property manager provided good communication for access and property details. It was a good value for the price.

We enjoyed our stay at the Kozy Suite! It was clean and comfortable, with all we needed for our 3-night stay. There are a couple of things to know: if you plan to cook, know that the apartment has no stove! There is a hot plate that does not heat extremely well, but she also has a microwave, a toaster oven, an instant pot, and a coffee pot for your use, plus plenty of utensils, etc. Also, there really isn't a central hangout space to lounge and watch TV. There is a TV in one bedroom, and there is a dining table in the kitchen where we played games. The space worked well for us, and I loved that it had 2 bathrooms. Would stay again!
